Loved this hotel! The hotel is very modern and clean, with security on site. Staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a shuttle service to seminyak village, and we were also able to use it for a nearby place. We were given a welcome fruit bowl in our room and complimentary drinks and toiletries. We had a good size room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was also delicious. The surroundings were quiet, so we were able to sleep well. I would stay here again and recommend it.

The resort was the best we have ever been to. The staff were so friendly, always smiling and making us feel at home. They really made our time special. We will definitely be back to Kayumas and recommend it to everyone!

I loved the staff, they were all so friendly and they were always available to help. The breakfast was good, lots of choices. The location for us was perfect. Not so far from Seminyak Village to walk and not so far from the beachclubs. Nice restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. The room was big enough for us two. And it is nice to have a little swimmingpool outside. Will certainly choose Kayumas again.

I think the shuttle should be at set times and for a longer period .I would like to go into seminyak Central at 6 pm...or 7.??One day shuttle not available at all.

The room was beautiful. A fantastic modern design.Loved the 2 levels and the plunge pool.lt felt very comfortable and attractive.Breakfast was fantastic.Dinner was great and the bar made delicious cocktails.Staff very friendly and helpful.

The street access was a little hairy walking the narrow twisting road. There was a long walk to our room #64 with a toddler. We didn’t use the plunge pool in our room as the water was a bit too cold.

Felt like a boutique hotel. The rooms were a good size. The staff were very nice and attentive. The breakfast was better than expected. The shuttle was great. Good access to restaurants.

Only downside for us were the bath towels which were a bit worn in places. Not many international plug/outlets in the room and when requesting one from reception it didnt fit and kept falling out. Rooms could do with their own irons and ironing boards too.

Every single member of staff was exceptional. They were cheerful and helpful from breakfast all the way through to the evening. The room was gorgeous - the bed was incredibly comfy and huge! We had lunch here a few times and the quality of food was wonderful. Plenty of options at breakfast with the a la carte menu and buffet. The pool was wonderful when the sun was out, with comfy sun loungers and an excellent pool bar. You can get pool towels from reception with a fee to pay if these are not returned. The bar staff made excellent cocktails and smoothies. Again, they were always eager to talk to guests with a smile on their face. Highly recommend to anyone wanting somewhere to stay in Seminyak with a luxurious element.

Didn’t swim in the main pool as could never get a sun lounger. Unfortunately the resort allowed people to smoke at their tables during breakfast which was disgusting and ruined our breakfast experience.

Staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. Spacious rooms. Great to have our own plunge pool. Well located and nice to have a shuttle to drive you in to Seminyak Village.

Rude guests totally unnecessary!!!

All the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend staying here. Close to restaurants . In house restaurant is also perfect 🙂
