Path was broken and quite high since it was on top of the hill. Roads were very steep and accident prone.

Stay was peaceful and pleasant. Staffs were welcoming and very polite.

-Simple breakfast, not fruit included or natural Juice (or you choose to have fruit or you choose eggs with bread, should be both ) -Bathroom not good , water from the shower gets everywhere... -Have TV but not place to plug in ...

The staff is very nice and easy going. Thank you Gede for telling me about the local customs and traditions. Thank you very much for the delicious food. And thank you Katur for the tour. It is great for the family our kid loved the interaction with the staff. Also a very beautiful view and a pretty new hotel compared to the rest of the island.

Great location with lovely view. It’s very tranquil indeed and nice to escape the busy road that runs along the north of the island. You will need a scooter to access it, or be prepared for a bit of a walk or taxi. Scooters are so cheap and easy to hire though and this opens up options a lot. Breakfast was served an hour early for me three days in a row because of my schedule- Gede and his team were more than happy to do this. Gede was really helpful with local advice for transport links too.

It’s up a steep hill, which isn’t a major issue, just if you have children or have accessibility issues you will have to get a taxi up the hill

There's Red ants by the pool, I have got biten and they are seriously swollen and sore for good few days. Luckily I have antihistamines and took ibuprofen to take down the swelling. Very high up in the mountains ( it's OK if you got a bike and pay to go down) or if your fit just walk it.( my personal choice is prepared yourself with snacks they have a fridge in the room) and I just stayed after visiting all the beaches.... Luckily where I've stayed before charges me fairly on the transport ( so I know sometime the owner tries to charge more) well because they can, use you have other options. Im just give my personal experience, overall it's a great place to stay for me. Ask yourself what you want from this hotel. Cause I've stayed many other hotels and know the difference in terms of cleanliness and bugs.....

Peaceful, stayed for 2 nights loved the pool ! after did all my beach tour with different location. Well my plan was to stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it's closer to the harbour.

Bathroom floor could have been cleaner, the hill to the hotel very steep which means walking to stores and restos is not for everyone (luckily they rent scooters)

Very friendly staff. Very nice pool. Just some 5 minutes to very good Medaran Restaurant. And further 5 minutes to Buyuk Harbour, where speedboats leave to Gili and Sanur or where you can rent Jetskis, all by foot.

Toilet was clean but the drains smelled quite badly. Not sure if they can do something about it.

We liked the location and the people that work there is soo good. When we checked out our friends forgot something in the security locker in their bedroom and the villa workers tbrought the content of the locker to us without anything missing. It was amazing service and we were so grateful-

Rooms are a bit outdated and could have been cleaned a bit better.

Great location, even though a bit challenging to reach with scooter as the hill is quite steep. However, food offer also available for dinner at a reasonable price.

The location was a little bit difficult- up a hot, dirt road in a very arid and secluded location. You could not walk anywhere so you need to rely on local transportation which was relatively expensive.

The pool was lovely with a fantastic view. Everything was very clean. The staff were wonderful and kind.

The water in the shower turned my partner's bleached hair green we think because of chlorine in the shower water. It had a bit of a funny taste and smell. Food was average and slow. Moped rental essential in all penida.

The bathroom was very muggy, with so many giant mosquitos buzzing around - I would leave the bathroom door shut to not let them fly into the bedroom. It would be great to have access to a freshwater tank for drinking.

The manager was cool - sorted out my scooter hire, and driver back to the port for a reasonable price. He also gave me this electronic mosquito repeller - you will need it. The pool was great, and the view. the Wifi was very stable. The room was clean and nice furniture

Not the villas fault however Road in was very bad and mosquitoes and bugs in room were a lot.

Beautiful villa and pool views are amazing, friendly staff and the breakfast was lovely.
