Great location

Pool unusable

- the location is perfect. Lots of things in walking distance. Convenience store at the corner - staff was really kind and helpful - rooms are big

- limited breakfast option, although food was good - bathtub was broken

It was in the best place, the rooms are super fabulous, and the stuff tidied our room every day. They were also super helpfull, this is a really nice place.

Excellent location, accommodation in the center but at the same time far from the hustle and bustle. The place has few rooms, so it makes it very quiet and full of peace. Spacious room with windows so that sunlight can enter throughout the day. The hosts are very friendly and relaxed, they always have a nice smile to give you ☺️.

The room is a bit old, the bed was not very new, so it has a sinking in a corner. The water pressure to shower is not good, and the floor gets completely wet. It takes a long time to dry.

Grate value for money.

Location is perfect. Right in the centre of Ubud but tucked in so no noise, only PEACE. Breakfast was great, just as we like it!

Location

Swimming pool wasn’t very inviting

It is a good value for money. The location is very good, close to the center but a bit aside, so that it is very quiet at night.

The two rooms on the ground floor had a very heavy smell of humidity and it was quite disturbing, we couldn’t stay in those rooms even for a night. We just stayed in the two rooms upstairs, which didn’t have any smell. The bathroom facilities could be upgraded and water in shower comes with a very small pressure, but I suppose it is the same for entire Ubud.

Location of this place was great. It was easy to have an access to the main activities in Ubud. The room was spacious and relatively clean. What I like the most was the staff. They were very lovely and helpful. They even helped us carry the luggage to the second floor. Overall we think it was a great stay for value we paid.

The bathroom was a total disaster unfortunately.. The hot water or in general water doesn't work properly. Water doesn't have pressure so it's such a discomfort to shower.. We tried our best to avoid showering there as much as possible.. Curtains and bedsheets were quite dirty. And mostly the restaurant, we don't recommend to eat at the restaurant at all as the area itself is full of good restaurants. Unfortunately the food in the menu didnt match what we got..

Great location and lovely staff. Pool, yoga studio and restaurant on site. Off the main road so quiet but also only short walk to the main street, restaurants, shops etc.

We had a leak in our bathroom which caused it to be very wet all of the time but the staff were very apologetic and gave us a complimentary dinner to make up for it! Very sweet and welcoming hosts

It was very clean

The host barely spoke/understood English. The bathrooms are REALPY outdated and with no hot water. I made a mistake and brushed my teeth there (I know that’s on me and you can imagine what happened next)
