There is no convenient store within walkable distance, the hotel can benefit from a mini market that sells a bit of snacks. I'm also not sure about the loud music they play from the pool side bar. I think some of us prefer more tranquility. This is not related to the hotel - we got to Lombok by ferry from Bali. We knew that we overpaid on the car ride from the pier to the hotel but we went with it, because Grab doesn't work at the pier and there is no clear taxi queue system.

The room we got are big and has good view to the ocean, where you can see the sunset without getting down to the beach. the beach side restaurant is great, where we have breakfast most of the days. Breakfast has good variety and quality is good. Pool and access to beach is great. The tour to the Gili's that we got from the hotel is pretty good, considering that it was only for our family of 4.

the bathroom needs more lights, that's the only thing.

The breakfast was Excellent, the two pools are great and clean right next to the beach. The room was specious, clean and comfy bed.

Meals were fairly expensive at the restaurant for the quality. For a 5* hotel I would expect more than sachets of Nescafé coffee in the hotel room. Not enough loungers by the pool so we had to go elsewhere.

The room we stayed in was lovely, the breakfast was varied and tasty, the staff were super helpful and friendly and always said hi. Room service was quick.

Own pool could do with a ladder to get in as only 2 steps and quite a drop.The sunbeds around the pool were not enough and taken by Europeans at 6.30 am leaving towels on and then not using them til 11 am. The hotel need to stop this happening. Luckily we had our own pool but if the kids wanted to go in the big pool it was impossible to sit anywhere. The staff at the main restaurant were very slow. Lot of them, but you had to wait to order a long time and keep reminding them of things you ordered.The menu was the same for lunch and in the evening, not a lot of choice for lunchtime snacks.

Beautiful hotel, entrance was stunning. Had a villa with pool which was fantastic. Rooms very clean, loved the outdoor shower. Having our own pool was great and it was cleaned every day. Gardens were very well maintained and beautiful. Ate at the Kliff restaurant which was excellent, had John Dory fish and it was delicious. Also had a childrens menu. Beautiful setting.

The restaurant lunch/ dinner menu and quality was very standard so we often went out to find other restaurants.

The layout of the hotel is great because it's a large accommodation but it doesn't feel crowded. The two pools are beautiful and never packed. There are many good options at breakfast and the staff is always there to assist you. The private tours they provide are great and very flexible to your needs.

nothing ... it was a dream!

wow, wat an amazing resort, great staff that was always willing to help. The two pools at the property that had enough space for everyone to relax on the sunbeams throughout the day. Quality of the meals were good, but a bit bland for our taste. The all you can eat BBQ was nice, but a bit overpriced.

Only one thing,at the breakfast at omelettes and crêpes you must bake them more time because were raw and dangerous. It's impossible not to turn the crepe while it's cooking at put chocolate in the raw mixture. The same at omelette. Guys it's dangerous.

Everything about this hotel was truly incredible. The pools were amazing, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, we loved everything about this place.

Family and kid friendly hotel. One pool was completely under shades; perfect for kids to spend whole day. Breakfast was very good, dinner menu was nice as well. Hotel staff assisted tours for Gili Islands.

The staff are friendly, though some small attention to detail is lacking. The rooms have an unusual layout, with numerous light fixtures but insufficient overall lighting, and they can be somewhat noisy. The beds were quite small size, I am 5’11’ and I couldn’t sleep comfortably. A bit of wear and tear everywhere…

The hotel offers pleasant facilities, particularly its pool areas, and both breakfast and the dinner restaurant are good. However, it did not quite meet my expectations. I am currently staying at its sister property in Komodo, which I find to be about twice as good as the Lombok location.

The food in The Sail restaurant (lunch, dinner, snacks) could improve considering the premium price, this didn’t hit the mark 100%

We had fantastic 3 nights with my husband and two young children. Right at the ocean, beautiful sunset, well equipped and modern rooms. The pool is fantastic, although the spots at the pool are limited and you need to reserve one early in the morning. The staff is very attentive and friendly, lit of staff members working around the clock. The breakfast is amazing and also the spa is great. Nice mix of guests from all over the world, nice atmosphere and not snobby. Time and money well spent for a special stay.

Multiple rooms around us had aircon issues (including family members of ours), there was a sewage smell from the room after cleaning but it did go after a few hours. The restaurant food was overpriced and really average as was breakfast. The food at breakfast looked like it was prepared the night before and then put out in the morning so things like cucumber/carrots/eggs Benedict/waffles were very dry. The staff were kind but they struggled to move with speed.

The pool and beach location is great and the rooms are a good size (ocean view). The beds are comfortable and the sofa bed was great as it was bed into a bed for our toddler.

At checkout, the reception was unable to return our deposit because they couldn’t read the deposit slip & the office was closed . We were told that we had to wait 14days for the amount to be reversed. I’m still waiting for the credit card bill to check if this has been done.

The F&B staff were very friendly.
