So peaceful & quiet. Great pool, excellent location, not central but a short walk to main area. Comfortable room, close to beach. Loved my stay at kartika!

If you like a hard bed, this is the villa for you. Unfortunately my old body struggled with it. I prefer a softer bed. It's not quite as private as I expected it to be... The staff could come and go via a side gate with no warning which, I personally found uncomfortable when I was lying on the lounge by the pool and a male staff member walked in... Don't get me wrong, he was lovely but, he didn't knock... No warning...

This 2bd villa was beautiful! The pool was perfect, rooms were large, kitchen all fitted out with everything you'd need and in a fabulous location! Staff were friendly too.

The fact the ensuite was separated with a wall, not full height to ceiling and no door, anyone in the room had to put up with your( well use your imagination). No toilet paper to be flushed, put in a bin after use. Building is starting to show its age.

Peaceful and quiet, close to beach and short walk to central Lovina. Clean private pool and spacious lounge and kitchen, big enough kitchen and dining to cook everyday if you wanted. Will recommend to anyone with a family

Mattress topper or foam layer on top of bed would be great. Pool is shallow (great for kids). I couldn’t swim in it as my feet hit the bottom when I kicked. Eventually used pool to cool down and swim side stroke. Lovely water temperature.

Staff are very friendly, room, outside kitchen & deck is cleaned daily, our laundry comes back ironed and sparkling clean. We love walking around the area and meeting the local sellers.

The toilet was too close to the wall opposite, which made it difficult to get up off it. TV in room is difficult to set up streaming services.

Staff are always welcoming. Linen spotlessly clean. Aircon is fabulous. As is pool & personal outdoor kitchen with stove top, fridge, cutlery plates etc.

No tea, coffee, sugar or even soap provided. If you wanted breakfast you needed to order a day in advance. No hairdryer.

Pool maybe could be a little cleaner. There was children screaming in the pool from 6am and the owners done nothing Wifi was very poor Maybe replace plastic bottles with a free water refill.

Very comfortable room and beds, good aircon and great location. 5 min walk down to the beach and 15 min walk to lots of good restaurants. Friendly staff and they organise transport for a fair price compared to other places. Fridge to keep your water cool

Original room had kitchen area and fridge outside. ONLY bedroom& bathroom had AC. No airflow. We asked to move to room (without kitchen) around the pool which was much nicer. Not a problem.

Very quite only us staying there so had pool to ourselves. Short walk to beach. Quiet location. Laundry done for free re inconvenience of first room having leaky tap (even though it was fixed promptly)Room next to pool had fridge on patio which was ok.

The lighting was very dark in the room, that was my only issue!

The location was great, the staff were excellent, they organised the dolphin watching for me and did my laundry , they were very helpful.

Mattress was very soft. The TV was not programmed (I am sure the staff would have fixed this for us if we had asked them). Hot water was inconsistent and water pressure was bad.

Lovely pool. Location was good for us on a quiet street. Staff were responsive. The room was clean but the bed linen was stained yellow. Having a fridge and kettle was a big plus.

The garbage bin are not emptied if you don't ask for it. Toilet papier are not provide if you don't ask for it. The villas are not well maintained, keys are rusted
