Pinning the address via grab. Even tho i just copy pasted the given adress by the host, grab still brought us to a different address. Best to book a grab, then call host and let driver talk to host. Also, in our 4 days stay, 1 or 2 mosquitos visited our room in the morning and afternoon. Best to have coils during these times.

Very kind family running the property. With airconditioning and private bathroom. They make amazing breakfast pancakes with tropical fruit, loved it.

The rooms just smell wet, and moist. We couldn't see any mold, but it might just be hiding in the walls. It was more comfortable after running the AC all day, dehumidifying the room. Avoid the place if you're sensitive or have asthma. Otherwise this could be a 10/10

Very spacious room, in a beautiful independent house. Very clean, the family there is just lovely and the location is perfectly placed in the middle of ubud, surrounded by everything you might need or want to see.

The room could have been cleaned slightly better as there were some cobwebs. There were also a few moths in my room when I arrived which made me a bit anxious as someone who isn't fond of insects, so these could have been dealt with.

The family was lovely, they allowed me to check in even super late and stayed up to make sure I arrived okay. They also provided laundry which was very helpful at a small extra cost. The room was large and pleasant.

The room wasn’t super clean but that’s alright. Also, the location doesn’t allow cars to come through because it’s in a market street. It is central though and scooters can get there just fine.

The hosts were lovely and accommodating. The location was also excellent. I also had laundry done a few times during my stay and the service was good.

Great service. Warm and friendly host husband and wife, it is very easy to feel like we were at home.. Location is well located at the centre, within walking distance everywhere.

Cushions were too high. They did not have a flat one, my neck hurt in the morning. Towels were a bit smelly and bathroom was a little dark (not much light). I needed to ask to have my room cleaned and they didn‘t help me organise a taxi when I needed to leave

Nice terrace with view and peaceful. Bright room with little desk and closet. Good breakfast. Good Location. In the middle of Ubud but quiet and you can hear birds in the morning. Good wifi.

It was okay for the price we paid.

It is close to restaurants and whatever else you need, yet away from all that noise, even though it is a few minutes' walking distance. The staff was nice, and the terrace we had for our room was great. It was worth it, considering the money we paid. We were there for four nights, and it was more than okay for us.

Maybe the water got some smell and irritated my skin. It seemed like a common issue here.

It’s a homestay with Balinese traditional house. My room was extremely large and sound-proof. The location is strategically centered in Ubud, just right next to the palace. The staff gave hot water every morning to enjoy hot coffee and peaceful atmosphere. Such a place to escape from the business.

The room was pretty light - the curtains were thin and there were air brick type holes in the walls to let the room breathe so the room was flooded with light from sunrise. I had to buy an eye mask to sleep. Also there are local cockerels who crow from sunrise too. Safe to say I didn't get a lie in.

Myself and 2 friends all booked a room here to stay at the same time. We were greeted by the owner or family that lived in the grounds. Their children were playing which was nice. The room was huge and bed / pillows really comfy. The wifi is super fast - I was able to work well here compared to other places I've tried to work! Although I did have to sit on my bed or the dressing table, but it was ok. I mixed it up with other coffee shops or restaurants all in walking distance. I was provided with plenty of tea and coffee, and a huge flask of boiling water. I didn't have the breakfast but there were lots of options of eggs / toast / pancakes / fruit. My friends also booked the same room - one with and one without aircon. Their rooms were slightly smaller but basically the same but the guy turned the aircon on for the one that paid for it. Aircon was good though. Had to turn down as I was too cold! Plenty to do in Central Ubud in terms of sightseeing, bars and restaurants. Lots in walking distance. Overall basic room, central Ubud - can't go wrong for the price if you can sleep through anything or bring earplugs.

Accessing the location is tough. The location is behind the Ubud Art Market but cars cannot enter into the narrow road. You need to take hassle to pull heavy luggages by yourself.

It's a good place to stay if you look for cheap staycation.
