Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomEverything! This place is a Balinese paradise, beautiful plants and calming energy fill the garden. The pool is a refreshing dip and having a kitchen there is very handy after a visit to the fruit market. The staff were very smiley and friendly and helpful! Zumi has a beautiful spirit, she was so welcoming and let us check out later as well as allowing my sister to come and use the pool. She is also great to have a chat with. We would love to return one day.. Thank you for our stay!!

MalaysiaKandjeng Puri Kailas is a living treasure! It's a heritage Balinese house with traditional Balinese structure, gorgeous garden, and comfortable room. On top of that, Zumi and her staff are amazing hosts! Staying here is the highlight of my visit to Bali!

United KingdomSome people may find the location a bit too far away but when the roads are quiet you can be in the centre of Canggu in 12-15 mins on a bike so it’s really not an issue. And comes with the benefit of feeling you’re away from the crowds.
This is a temple retreat without staying in an actual temple. The room was large, clean, airy, stylish and even smelt nice. There was even a living room area with a long sofa, two recliners and a TV. plus a water cooler. The air con worked properly and was quiet. There is minimal noise from the road. If you’re looking for a quiet place that you don’t have to leave (if you order food deliver) it’s perfect. The host Zumi is a delight to deal with. I’ll hopefully go back just to have a coffee with her

Hospitality was the best. The host and staff are amazing people. The place feels homey. Very clean, smells good and organized. Soap and shampoo are provided. Clean and comfy towels. Pillows in various sizes. The location is strategic for couples who are looking for a quiet, affordable stay. Not too far from Canggu, and not too close to that hustle-bustle street.

FranceThey don’t have a pool which I knew but that would be the cherry on the cake. Also just know that the area is a little quiet. If you are looking for bars and restaurants, you’ll have to go to Canggu.
The host Zumi is lovely. She’s take good care of me and we spent some time talking and drinking tea…what a beautiful soul ! The room was very clean and the staff really kind. They will find you anything anytime 😊 I order a massage and Zumi found a nice lady that came directly here.
