The one bedroom villas are superb. Very private (high walls around the villa), modern, comfortable. Staff are wonderful. Have stayed a few times, will keep coming back.

This Villa is one of the nicest i have stayed in during my multiple trips to Bali. It was the little touches like Australian power plugs, Walk in wardrobe and multiple large smart TVs that provided a home away from home. Great for having a relax after a long day of shopping or just when you want a break from the hustle and bustle. Easy and convenient to walk to shops or simple cross the road to a circle K for supplies. I will certainly be staying again.

Booking advert shows private pool, studio has a tub but no pool, a bit misleading in its advertising. Difficult for drivers to get to property, one way road but locals use as shortcut so can become stuck.

Nice modern studio, comfy bed, huge tv, great bathroom with rain head shower. Great restaurants, cafe etc nearby, a short walk down small quiet alley to Seminyak main street, easy 3 min walk.

Having to leave

This is the best villa i have ever stayed in and I've been to Bali over 30 times. Location, cleanliness, modern, huge smart tv's with Bose sound system. Full size modern kitchen, water filter, coffee machine, walk in robe, huge clean pool with plenty of sun. I didn't want to leave.

Just completed a 2 night stay here. Beautiful, fully self contained villas each with its own pool and jacuzzi. Very modern and clean, and within easy walking distance of everything. We had a couple of maintenance issues. Whilst it would have been better not to have had them, they were handled quickly and without any fuss. Overall, would strongly recommend staying here.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this villa. It’s spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly well thought-out — everything you could possibly need for a comfortable life is right here. From the fully equipped kitchen to the large terrace, private pool, luxurious sofa, and two Smart TVs, every detail feels carefully considered. The bed was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace in the peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The location is also great — all the necessary infrastructure is nearby, but you still feel like you’re in your own private retreat. Honestly, we could imagine living here. The only small downside was the fireworks — someone nearby seemed to celebrate every night — but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything felt elegant, relaxing, and just a bit luxurious. Highly recommended — we would definitely love to come back!

The bathroom being outdoor without complete privacy was a bit awkward. Especially when one Person wants to shower and the other person wants to go to the toilet, can’t really go at same time. There should be some covering on the floor between shower and bathroom as there is a slipping hazard. Also the tile in the pool step that was broken needs to be fixed. Other than that everything was great.

Friendly and attentive hosts with great communication and very helpful. Villa was always clean when we came back no matter what time we came back, and all the items were stocked up daily. Really good location close to shops. Laundry, Convenience store, massage and money exchange just a few steps away. The pool and spa entirely were private. There are no buildings around that have view so this adds more privacy.

Just to b***ch a bit: critters again..I know when in Bali there are always these uninvited guests, namely geckos.. but spread enough naphthalene..and problem solved. One design setback related to bathroom: it is in the open 🤭..but you get used to it.

My wife and I stayed in this villa for almost 3 weeks. It was simply wonderful and relaxing. The villa is modern spacious and comfortable 1Br, 1 living space (with a huge TV) and a well equipped kitchenette. A private pool for those hot days to just chillax and enjoy our home made cocktails 😜 🍸 🍺 Location is central close to everything. There is even a C K minimart 2 steps away. Not to forget the modern Gym attached. The staff are amazing 😁😁😁..very courteous and accommodating. Daily cleaning and change of towels/linens.

Location and hospitality! Loved the coffee machine and walk in wardrobe, plenty of spaces. Def would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, spa within walking distances. Oh, they also have jacuzzi!

Be aware that the place, especially the pool isn’t 100% private. There is a big building with windows where people maybe can see it. Also the toilet and shower is outside and isn’t fully closed. The living room had no curtains and is really hot because of the openings in soms doors.

This is just a nice place to stay. Always very clean. Really good location; close to shops, restaurants and the beach and the best staff! Small pool and jacuzzi to relax.

We had someone stay back after hours to meet us and give us the keys, he also walked us through the villa and advised of all the facilities. It was appreciated that he stayed back and wanted to show us around. Very helpful and welcoming. The Villas were always clean and the open feel with the tall ceilings, all the windows bringing in a lot of light and the pool at every view was great. We loved the outdoor shower and toilet too. Highly recommend staying with Kamil Villas

The property was bright and beachy, we loved the outdoor toilet and shower. The location was perfect. All up the property was amazing and the staff were so welcoming and so helpful. We will be back.
