Breakfast is very basic, though to be fair most hotels in this price category do not offer breakfast. There is no water refill station - when I asked one of the staff refilled my water bottle from a staff dispenser in the kitchen but it would be so much better for the environment if the hotel provided a water refill station rather than trying to sell bottled water.

The property is very secluded and quiet. The rooms all face onto the pool.

The room was super spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was really helpful they even assisted with Motorbike Rental.

No pool chairs, no seating on balcony outside of room. Nowhere to sit and relax. No fridge in the room.

The staff are incredibly nice, there seems to be reception at all hours, the rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable, it’s near the airport and all the things around Kuta.

The shower curtains were really dirty and had mould in them. The Air-conditioning was really not good, barely felt anything despite max settings. Although breakfast was included it was very disappointing, you are given a super small portion of rice which you finish in 2-3 bites and it just feels like you are trying to cut corners everywhere. Breakfast should not feel like you are rationing

Nice hotel, within walking distance from Waterbom park and 10min drive to airport. Very clean and nice rooms. Shower was amazing! Bed comfy. Lighting was a bit poor. Was a bit too dim. I'd say the hotel doesn't have the nicest layout/views, but it is the perfect place to stay before a flight or just after a flight. We did not have breakfast as it was only available 09h00 - 11h00. We could check out early and leave our luggage there until the afternoon.

This is a good option for a short stay. I stayed for 3 nights. The location is great as it’s 10 min from the airport and a 10 min walk to the Main Street and discovery mall. Pros: Great location Decent rooms (large room, updated bathrooms) Friendly and helpful staff with 24 hr reception Cons: Cleanliness (bedroom was fine but bathroom had black hair under the bathmat and the towels were stained) Shower clogged the first night (although the staff fixed it the next morning) Breakfast is very late (9am) - I woke up at 6 am everyday due to time difference and there is no way I could wait for hours for breakfast so I didn’t end up having it at all and just dined at Ramayana which is a buffet breakfast about 12 min walk away Pool had no lounge chairs - I wanted to use it one of the day and there was literally no where to sit so I didn’t end up using it More info: I know some reviews say it’s very noisy at night. I found this experience only on the first night where people were flaking for some time outside of my room downstairs, however all the other nights were very quiet. Overall, I think it’s a great budget but decent option for a short term stay especially if you want to be close to the airport.

I don't like the cleanliness in the kitchen because sometimes I come for breakfast and the cups are dirty but still put them out for us guests.

The Breakfast is out of my expectation as well the location of it.

Close to the airport and great installations. Would recommend for a 2 day stay max. Kitchen could be cleaner.

The included breakfast can be improved. Wi-Fi NEEDS to be looked at as it was constantly on and off, making it extremely annoying to use it. The restaurant was closed every day for 6 days... I'm not sure why.

Quiet location as no traffic or scooters around to disturb your peace. Close to Denpasar airport. Helpful friendly staff. Cleaning is done every morning (if you want) and always given a small bottle of water. The pool is clean and well maintained. Modern spacious rooms, with plenty of storage and a safe for valuables. Close to the mall and within 20-300 mins walk of Kuta Beach. There are plenty of scooters to rent around, but I highly recommend Rental Motor Bali DEWA. Top. Comfy beds 👌
