We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and the location was perfect – nice and quiet, but still close to some restaurants. We also really appreciated that we could rent a scooter directly from the accommodation, which made it super easy to get to the beach. The breakfast was delicious every morning (toast with eggs, fruits and coffee). We would like to come back!

Without a motorbike it is a bit hard to get around, but just ask and they’ll take you almost everywhere!!

Such a lovely accommodation in Selong Belanak! The place is so beautiful and peaceful. Very clean, the room was so spacious and most important dark and quiet at night. The bed was so comfy I finally had some good sleep! Zidan is the guy who takes care of this place and he is amazing, he speaks very good english and will take care of you, you will feel at home! I’ve extended my stay there once arrived, because it was too beautiful to leave early. Breakfast is delicious, although there’s not many choices, but is freshly cooked from Zidan every morning and very good!! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! They also suggested me a great surf school named Aqia to have surf classes!

There were a few times where our water was off, but it took the Staff a bit of time to fix the problem or refill the tank. Maybe they could be a little more proactive.

Breakfast was good, served every morning. Staff was easily reached through WhatsApp and arranged our transportation to and from the ferry port. They had nice scooters to rent to get to the beach. Comfortable bed and nice big room and bathroom. Tv and air conditioning worked well. Great resort called Tropicana up the road with a great restaurant and pool, we spent most of our time there.

The breakfast menu was quite limited, offering only Western breakfast options. If they had included a local option like Nasi Goreng, I’m sure it would have been much more enjoyable.

The place is very well-located to reach Selong Belanak, Mawi, and other beautiful beaches. It’s very quiet, as you live in the backyard, a little way from the street. They also provided us with a scooter.

Nothing really but we missed the turning due to there not being a sign on the corner (every other hotel had a sign with their name so we felt confused)

The pillow were uncomfortable and two times we had no water but the staff were very fast to fix it.

It was very good located, 5 minutes from Selong belanak beach and there are nice restaurants around. The Staff was very friendly. We got sick and the manager was so kind to bring us medicines. He also provides us a scooter and was always helpful for what we needed.

Pretty much everything! The room was great, and the staff was very helpful. We could rent scooters and book taxis directly with them. The area was quiet and peaceful, and we could go to the beach and the restaurants by foot, which was very nice.

Large spacious room value for money, great location in Selong Belanak .Staff took great care of myself and other visitors. Short distance to beach and many places to eat near to accomodation. Loved the breakfast every morning , and enjoyed the local Sunday markets which are close by. Highly recommend Kamala, see you in August.

Everything was wonderful

Zidan is a wonderful and accommodating owner who always made an effort to go out of his way to help us with everything. He helped us organize scooters, surf lessons and taxis for reasonable prices and cooked us wonderful breakfast each morning!

Only 1 small downside was the dogs barking in the surrounding fields at night, not too bad though. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely little place. Quiet area. Local staff super friendly and helpful. Big clean room, bathroom and patio. Small shared grass area. They cleaned our room every 2 days. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. Best pancakes and nasi goreng, thanks Zedan. Bike rental. Can walk to some restaurants/warungs within 5-10mins, beach within 20 (great beach, better than Kuta). We could use the small fridge in the kitchen and they had drinking water refill. Amazing to have! Recommend and would stay again! Thank you.

We loved our stay and the value is great!! If I had one suggestion for improvement it would be a little fridge for the room.

Beautiful little garden with very clean and spacious rooms. Terrace has some privacy because of plants in front like a fence. The accommodation is very tranquil. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, including a perfect european-style cappuccino.
