The rooms are a bit on the small size, so it would help if it's set up in a smart way. We had two rooms, where one looked twice as big because the lay out was smarter. Moreover, my food got stolen from the shared kitchen, which is not something the family can do about but having small fridges in the room would help.

The family that runs it are just wonderful people. They care and put so much passion in making you feel welcome and comfortable. The beds were also very nice!

We were not so impressed with the shower-the floors were not dirty but they should color it or put some ceramics because in half of the shower they put stones, that were not

Location is great, 15min walk distance ro ubud, everything is close by; market, coffeshop, atm, restaurants. Liked the pool and the ambience very much.Room was big, spacious very beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Very private property, with gorgeous greenery and peaceful.

It’s located on a very busy road so it’s rarely ever quiet. On one of the nights there was heavy construction work all throughout the night, it was impossible to sleep before they stopped which only happened around 4 am. When I spoke to the owner she refused to discount the night beyond 50 IDR, which is only a 3$ or a 12% discount.. not very generous when it’s a full night wasted trying to sleep and you had been here for 4 nights, using other services and renting their scooter. It’s what got me to change my accommodation.

The room is quite nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff members were nice and friendly.

You get what you see in picture..even much better.. Clean!!! the ambience is great.. it also has kitchen, so you can cook simple dish.. It's closer to the local area.. so it has more option on local food with good taste and reasonable price..

Simply superb! We have booked with lot of apprehension as we arrived in Bali to check-in to a horrible villa and had to move immediately to different one. We decided to book in Kama Ayu and this villa exceeded our expectations. - Perfect location, centrally located to all major tourist attractions and super markets - Fully loaded kitchen where one can cook as home - Spacious rooms and bath rooms with comfy beds - Helpful staff who are ready to support always - Nice temple within the premises - Large open area to exercise/yoga - Daily room cleaning - Decent pool

I loved my stay here and swimming in the quiet pool. The bed is comfy, the room clean and modern, and it's cleaned daily. The staff are lovely and there were a mix of guests there of varying ages (mid-20s to mid-60s) and everyone was considerate of noise. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and you shouldn't hear the noise from the street. In short, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Best place I've stayed in Bali, especially for the price!! Beautiful room, beautiful garden and pool. Bed was big and comfortable, there was a TV. Location is not in the centre but there were still shops and things around. And walking to the center of Ubud was only about 10 minutes anyway, and with Grab it's nothing. I loved it.

The pool is amazing and the gardens are very scenic. The family who run the property are also very lovely and helpful. Location is slightly on the edge of town but that’s what I wanted and could walk into the crowds when needed. Right next to a big shop where you can buy ANYTHING you need

Aircon unit didn't work properly, was very hot to sleep. Shower drain was blocked and took forever to get dry floor in the bathroom after shower. Breakfast was under average (still very cheap in bundle).

Good location, walking distance to all city attractions. Very reasonably priced, clean pool, available scooter rental on site.

This is the most trafficy road of Ubud. Pavement is being renovated so walking is a challenge. The noise of the cars and scooters can be heard 24/7, it’s not very relaxing. Geckos in my room, unhygeniec bathroom, shared kitchen was a bit far from the room, patchy and slow wifi (struggled with calls at home). Breakfast was mediocre, basic. Rats walking around in the roof from 3am-5am every night.. I couldn’t see them but for sure I could hear them.

Attentive staff, daily cleaning, well maintained garden, and the fact that my room was upstairs on the farest block from the street made my experience more private than the other rooms on the property.
