Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyVery dirty room, the bed sheets were yellow ( they were supposed to be white) with stains, the pillows were smelling of human umpets. I did ask to change them. I got one changed in both beds, not the duvets and pillow sheets (we slept without pillow and covers). The conditioner was old and very noisy. The shower and sink were half blocked. So the water was taking a lot of time to go away. Bad smell from the toilet.
Great position. Nice typical building with an amazing entrance/garden with the family temple. The host has been very friendly.

AustraliaThe rooms match what you are paying. Can't expect more or less, but very clean, bedding may have stains, toilet may not smell very nice, but the cost is so low you have to overlook all this.
Location is very good. Close to lots of restaurants, most of them local. Close to Ubud central.

The location was very central but no traffic noise. The property is a traditional building with traditional architecture but the room itself was quite well equipped with Aircon, wardrobe, bedside table and light, and another cupboard. The hot water shower worked well, but need to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Really central, can explore Ubud very easily by foot. Very affordable. Breakfast was nice, but you did have to explicitly track down the staff to ask for it. Good value for money

GermanyRoom I booked barely had a window. it felt like it was a little storage room. There was no private balcony or “city view” as advertised. Also the light switch for the bathroom was in the main hallway - to turn on and off the light you have to open the door towards the hallway where the reception is. Also anyone can just turn on the light who is sitting in the hallway. Noise comes through very easily. The door is just a little wooden plate.
