The standards have dropped in 18 months. There was almost no shower water. The room we had showed it was old & the bathroom is very stained & mouldy.

Very central. The pool is lovely & clean. Breakfast was good.

The room was quite bad. The mattress was really uncomfortable and there was a horrible stench in the toilet. The water pressure was basically non existent so we couldn’t shower properly. Good options for breakfast but there is a serious ant infestation in the eating area. I found 3 cooked ants in my pancake, so that put me off. There is a foundation here for a really good place to stay. Serious work needs to be done.

Really friendly family run hotel. They helped with laundry which was at a reasonable price.great location.

Rooms have not improved for the last few years, the air con didn't work, and the fan was making the noise that prevented me from sleeping. The room was very humid and smelled of damp, the smell transferred to my clothes, and my laptop became sticky.

Staff is nice as always, wonderful family.

Not really clean, not very functional ( shower cannot be hold, and temperature is eratic) , wifi doesn't work, climatisation only available in triple room even when you re solo.

Nice place, beautiful swimming pool, lot of space, abundant breakfast, low price, kind people (most of the time)

I chose a room with no Aircon but found it difficult to sleep because of the heat......in future I would pay a bit more and get a room with Aircon. The ceiling fan and portable fan in the room were both ineffective.

Very cheap room but no Aircon. Breakfast included, and a small pool. Very central location but not noisy......quite quiet in fact.

The ceiling fan was a little noisy and the portable fan was very loud. The room itself was very basic and no hot water in the shower. Not many staff around.

No AC WE BOOK LAST MINUTE N PAY THE PRICE , book for 2 nights but stayed only one night, fans are there but no good , light in the bathroom was not working so we shower with our mobile torch 🤪

We booked 5 days from which we only stayed 4 because the room had very strong humidity smell, and you could see why from the walls, the wall to the side of the bed head rest was very bad and humid. Every time we wake up or when coming back from outside we could see the paint dust in bed head area and floor. The bed was not too comfy. No one enter the room to clean or change sheets or take out rubbish in those 4 days. The water pressure is from a pump which turned off by itself every now and then. Only one light in the room so is quite dark. This is out of the hosts hands but be aware that there is lots of mosquitoes and lizards everywhere.

The pool was great, the locations spectacular. The breakfast was actually very good. The hosts where nice. The room and bathroom was spacious.

I had the hottest room in the guest house. With a fan only, it is not ideal except, maybe, for the cooler days.

The location was great. In the center of Ubud, close to all the restaurants and bars, walking distance to all the traditional dances. Thank you for the breakfast.
