We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Australia1) The bed was hard and uncomfortable. 2) Only one Power point shoulder height near the door so pretty much impossible to use. 3) Barely any water came out of the shower. Shower water was cold. Not hot water. 4) Have to go through market to get there. Hard to find parking for scooter bike. 5) Wifi didn't work. I see the owners keep responding with what do you expect budget hotel. Well I expect more than this place offers. I moved to another budget hotel in the next street were all facilities worked.
The airconditioning was cold.

IndiaOnly plus point was nearness to the main Ubud city center road, middle of the market. Pool was very dirty, rooms were old styled as well as not in hygienic condition. Washrooms old style and dirty. It is actually house inside the lane, where cab cannot reach and you have to carry all your luggage by your own, through stairs. Ac was new and working condition. If you are from India, think about cheap Oyo hotel and it is same. Breakfast was simple, bread jam tea coffee. Eggs. They don't serve or use milk even if you ask them. No kettle or water is provided. No toiletries, not even soap for handwash. Simply a place you can drop your luggage and roam. Mosquitoes are also there, take mosquito repellants.
