Clean, comfortable, and close to everything.

I am a female guest who was physically assaulted at K Hostel Seminyak by a male tourist living in a nearby room. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hostel and will never come back nor recommend this place to any other women. The man opened the door to the all-girl's dorm room, started verbally abusing me, filming me, and finally threw dettol (a wound cleaner) into my eyes. This all escalated when I just told the man not to verbally abuse another guest. The owner did not protect me, watched the man throw dettol at me and still did not want me to call police, or give any consequences to the male guest. He did not even ask him to leave the hostel. Everything was caught on CCTV, and the owner did not release the CCTV to me, offer to pay any medical services, or escort the other guest out. Instead, he upgraded my room (an extra 10 dollar upgrade) and that was all. He did not talk to the guest as promised the night before, but instead told me "He had no issues with him"...after the man very clearly assaulted me in daylight and many people told me to go to police. The owner told me that the problem was out of his hands and also said it was my fault for getting involved. He said if I wanted to ask for compensation from the man for assaulting me, then I should talk to the male guest directly...a Man who very clearly was not afraid to physically hurt me. I would not have been surprised if he punched me or sexually assaulted me and the hostel owner would not do anything about it as he is very afraid to involve police or to ask the man to leave the property. I did not physically harm this guest him nor did I verbally abuse him. This hostel does not protect its female guests. BEWARE.

If you want to live like a local not a traveller, and a short walk straight to the beach. Totally freedom here 😆🙏🙏!

This was my second time staying here. The owner is lovely, the room is extremely clean, the rooftop is nice to hang out, and although it's not in the main area, I loved the location. It's very quiet but close enough to everything. Great hostel, I'll come back again.

Everything! I was lucky to be alone in the 4 bed space during my stay! The shower and toilet is inside the room so it was a heaven for me! The entire place was mine😍 There is a guy in charged of cleaning, so every time I go home, the room is so clean! And the sharing space in the 3rd floor is absolutely nice. And it’s really quiet at night. 20 mins run to the beach. Near everything( laundry, small cafes, restaurants, groceries)

Bed was pretty comfortable and big in size. The property was really clean. That is most important thing for me.

Lovin' this Hostel. Clean, free coffee and tea. You get to use the kitchen. Water pressure is great.

A rack in the shower to put my shower stuff. You know, girly thing maybe.

The location, we rarely needed to book a car or bike. The terrace was great, the design is very nice. The rooms were very comfortable

The lockers were not safe. The lock can easily be broken with a little force. So we had to carry our valuables all day

Comfortable dorm, a lot of space for your bags, very clean shower and bathroom. Good location and super friendly and available staff

It is not really a hostel, there is no reception and only 2 dorms (from what i saw) so no social atmosphere at all. There were no other backpackers when i was there, only locals who apparently didn’t know the hostel etiquette, had phone calls in the room, turned the big light on and never locked the door

Is clean and spacious. It has a terrace in last floor to hang out/work :D

Comfortable bed, quiet most of the time, good AC, nice shower and bath, attentive host, spacious room, clean unit, good location in Seminyak

No fridge in the room but had a small shared one on a different floor, cleaner can leave door closed when cleaning to avoid any potential bugs, rare but occasional noise during sleep hours (definitely more quiet that average almost all the time). Nothing really “bad” to say. I recommend the room it’s a private quiet room with a shower and a bath but without a fridge or stove.

Quiet hostel, but I still met some great travellers.

Tbh I loved it! The Female dorm of four was really comfortable. I think mainly it was clean and felt new. I really depends who you stay with but I guess cuz it's clean people tend to maintain the same. The only downside is westerners being their slippers inside... I think host should make it clear not to bring slippers inside otherwise walking around gets your feet sandy and dirty. Everything was also cleaned the next day but not the floor 😕. It has all the small facilities you need like dry rack, body wash, hand soap, toilet rolls, towels, locker. The bunk bed was special, super tall and it's a challenge getting up there.. was kinda dangerous too. I hope they can make it safer. A 3star hotel was next door and you could use their pool with a drink purchase that isn't expensive. I didn't really like the kitchen... typical sharing kitchen, quite old, unhealthy utensils and dirty. I suggest to emulate Japanese hostel kitchen, they're greatt

Very nice new small hostel in a great location! It’s very clean, great A/C and wifi, has a kitchen to use and rooftop hangout area and it’s also very quiet! Beds are also very comfortable! Loved my stay!

Everything is just beautiful at this Hostel. The all female dormitory is a more quality stay because there is room at the side of the sink to put your things. The family who own the Hostel are simply amazing. They are very accommodating and respond quickly via WhatsApp to any questions you have.

Brand new feel, clean, quiet, very comfortable bed and bedding. Kitchen facility and fridge. Hot showers, awesome AC, lovely family business.
