I had a wonderful stay at this guest house! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. Highly recommend for that little money I paid.

Kitchen wasn’t that much clean but hardly doubt anyone uses it anyway since places to eat nearby are very cheap. Check out the Lemongrass warung.

The room was very nice plus great smart TV. Comfortable bed. Shower excellent, good temperature. Good value.

Initially I was supposed to stay one night but when I arrived I already liked the place so extended one more night. The place is a hidden gem! Not too far from center but you get peace and quiet! For the price you're paying you get a really nice and clean room! Bathroom does have an outdoor indoor vibe. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to ubud! Breakfast is included too! WiFi works well so if you're working it's not an issue! Also, I stayed in other villas in Bali this is the first time I don't feel sticky feeling after shower. Garden is well maintained. Not sure if kitchen gas range is working.

The bathroom is really beautiful and the house is really cozzy.

Our reception and communication could be better. We werent informed about the hour of the breakfast and nobody could speak english. Although they were really friendly with us.

The family is super friendly and greeted us always with a warm smile. We felt very welcome. The room is quite spacious and very clean. They even changed the breakfast according to our request and we could store our luggage after checkout. Me and my partner enjoyed the stay a lot and would definitely recommend it.

In my opinion this guesthouse is 10/10. Even though the price is so affordable, it has air conditioning / the room and bathroom are large / there is a smart TV (Netflix, YouTube etc.) / It is in the city center of Ubud / It has a kitchen and living area. Moreover, it has a very cute landscape. It has only 2 rooms. Especially perfect for groups of 4! I've stayed in many places at these prices in Ubud. None of them had air conditioning, smart TV, or large rooms. (I'm talking about the ones in the center.) There is also breakfast, although it is not very satisfying. Small snack :)

Balinese style furniture, authentic Balinese house and yard, nice bathroom, big room, very friendly and nice host, very good price.

The walls had a big rusty spot, kitchen needed deep cleaning, no all necessary kitchenware in the kitchen, no oil, salt was provided on request, breakfast not flexible in timing. No anti-mosquito devices.

It was clean, and in a great location! The staff were kind but very hands off. The lush property was also beautiful! Also having the fridge available in the kitchenette was awesome. Plus fast wifi!

We often had to ask for things like toilet paper to be re-stocked, and it would have been awesome to have access to clean drinking water. Also, the room only got cleaned once in our 4 day stay.

Not new furniture and the bathroom needs renovation

I recently stayed at this guesthouse and had a mixed experience. The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable, but communication was a bit challenging as they didn't speak English. The cleanliness left much to be desired, especially in the bathroom. There was mold on the wall with the air conditioner, which was quite concerning. However, the bathroom did have good water pressure and hot water, which was a plus. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the yard is beautifully maintained. The hosts live right at the entrance, which gives a homely feel. Breakfast was rather disappointing. It was the same every day for four days straight. I would recommend not opting for the breakfast and finding other options instead. There are restaurants and the city center nearby, so you won't have trouble finding places to eat. The WiFi was reliable and fast, making it suitable for remote work. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you can overlook some of the downsides.

the location is great and the owners are very friendly but the place is a little run down and didnt look like the pictures and there was lots of ants and some mold on the wall, breakfast is simple but okay good option if your on a budget but place is older than expected
