Tiap skor ulasan adalah antara 1–10. Untuk mendapatkan skor keseluruhan yang Anda lihat, kami menjumlahkan semua skor ulasan yang kami terima dan membagi totalnya dengan jumlah ulasan yang kami terima. Kami menggunakan sistem ulasan berbobot yang berarti bahwa makin baru ulasannya, makin besar pula pengaruhnya terhadap penghitungan skor ulasan totalnya. Selain itu, tamu dapat memberikan 'subskor' terpisah di bagian penting, seperti lokasi, kebersihan, staf, kenyamanan, fasilitas, kesepadanan harga, dan WiFi gratis. Perhatikan bahwa tamu mengirimkan subskor dan skor keseluruhan mereka secara terpisah, jadi tidak ada hubungan langsung di antara keduanya.
Anda dapat memberikan ulasan ke Akomodasi yang Anda pesan melalui Platform kami jika Anda menginap di sana atau jika Anda tiba di akomodasi tetapi tidak menginap di sana. Untuk mengubah ulasan yang telah Anda kirimkan, harap hubungi tim Customer Service kami.
Kami memiliki tim dan sistem otomatis yang ahli dalam mendeteksi ulasan palsu yang dikirimkan ke Platform kami. Jika kami menemukannya, kami menghapusnya dan, jika perlu, mengambil tindakan terhadap siapa pun yang bertanggung jawab.

Idealnya, kami akan mempublikasikan setiap ulasan yang kami terima, baik positif maupun negatif. Namun, kami tidak akan menampilkan ulasan apa pun yang menyertakan atau merujuk kepada (antara lain):
- Komentar yang sensitif secara politik
- Konten promosi
- Kegiatan ilegal
- Informasi pribadi atau sensitif (misalnya email, nomor telepon, atau informasi kartu kredit)
- Kata-kata umpatan, referensi seksual, ujaran kebencian, komentar diskriminatif, ancaman, atau referensi kekerasan
- Spam dan konten palsu
- Kekejaman terhadap hewan
- Peniruan identitas (misalnya jika penulis mengaku sebagai orang lain)
- Pelanggaran apa pun terhadap pedoman ulasan kami.
Untuk memastikan ulasan tetap relevan, kami hanya dapat menerima ulasan yang dikirimkan dalam waktu 3 bulan setelah check-out, dan kami dapat berhenti menampilkan ulasan yang berusia 36 bulan ke atas – atau jika Akomodasi memiliki perubahan kepemilikan.
Akomodasi dapat memilih untuk membalas ulasan.
Saat Anda melihat beberapa ulasan, ulasan terbaru akan berada di atas, tergantung beberapa faktor lain (bahasa apa yang digunakan dalam ulasan, apakah ulasan hanya memiliki peringkat atau berisi komentar juga, dll.). Jika mau, Anda dapat mengurutkan dan/atau memfilternya (berdasarkan bulan, skor ulasan, dll.).
Kami terkadang menampilkan skor ulasan eksternal dari situs web perjalanan terkenal lainnya. Kami akan menjelaskannya ketika kami telah melakukan ini.

Ulasan Anda haruslah berhubungan dengan perjalanan. Ulasan yang paling membantu bersifat mendetail dan bisa membantu orang lain untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih baik. Harap jangan menyertakan komentar pribadi, politik, etika, atau agama. Konten promo akan dihapus dan isu-isu mengenai layanan Booking.com sebaiknya dialihkan ke tim Layanan Pelanggan atau Jasa Akomodasi kami.
Ulasan harus layak untuk masyarakat global. Harap hindari penggunaan kalimat yang tidak pantas atau upaya untuk menulis kalimat tidak pantas dengan ejaan yang kreatif, dalam bahasa apapun. Komentar dan media yang berisi 'kalimat kebencian', pernyataan diskriminatif, ancaman, pernyataan eksplisit secara seksual, kekerasan, dan promosi kegiatan ilegal tidak diizinkan.
Semua konten harus asli dan unik untuk tamu. Ulasan paling berharga ketika mereka asli dan tidak bias. Kontribusi Anda harus menjadi milik Anda. Mitra akomodasi Booking.com tidak bisa memposting atas nama tamu atau menawarkan insentif untuk pertukaran ulasan. Upaya untuk menurunkan peringkat pesaing dengan mengirimkan ulasan negatif tidak akan ditoleransi.
Hormati privasi orang lain. Booking.com akan berusaha untuk menyamarkan alamat jelas email, nomor telepon, alamat website, akun media sosial, dan data lainnya.
Pendapat yang dikemukakan dalam ulasan adalah dari pelanggan Booking.com dan bukan dari Booking.com. Booking.com tidak bertanggung jawab atau memiliki kewajiban untuk setiap ulasan atau tanggapan. Booking.com adalah distributor (tanpa kewajiban untuk memverifikasi) dan bukan penerbit komentar dan tanggapan ini.
Secara umum, ulasan disortir berdasarkan tanggal ulasan and kriteria tambahan untuk menampilkan ulasan yang paling relevan, termasuk tapi tidak hanya mencakup: bahasa, ulasan dengan teks, dan ulasan bukan anonim. Opsi tambahan untuk menyortir mungkin tersedia (dari tipe traveler, dari skor, dll.)
