The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

There was no English channels on the tv so someone came up and put something into the tv so I could watch netflix etc. This was really helpful. The bed was big and comfortable

Not a major negative but there wasnt much floor room around the bed

I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a small table on 1 side of the bed and power outlets on both sides. The AC and wifi were both good The bathroom was clean. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast was nice with a variety of Indonesian and Western food options Complimentary water was provided each day

Lovely hotel in Jakarta. The room was clean, and the bathroom was nice. The location is decent, with a mall just 10 minutes away that has several good restaurants. A few supermarkets are close by. The breakfast was delicious.

The room is really small, it cannot fit two people with checked baggage so it's good we were only there for one night. The breakfast has very limited options and the glasses had a nasty odour to them. Also there was only one toilet paper roll and we had to ask for more.

The staff is friendly and it's easy to get around Jakarta from here. The room is clean and they give water and toiletries.

Very clean, modern hotel with comfy bed. We had a nice view from our room on the 9th floor. There is also a small gym and free laundry room which was a great addition. The staff were very friendly. We didn’t find the location great as there were lots of homeless people living on the street outside, and the nearest place we found with some restaurants/ fast food was about a 10 minute walk, maybe this was to do with it being holiday season.

Quite small. You were unable to do anything like opening big luggage if you have unless you do it on the bed. Other than that, it is good.

We were offered a free stay for our teen but no bed and no breakfast for her so was a bit confused as to how this is free?

Location to tanah bang ...just a few minutes walk. Hotel is neat and clean ..good facilities just a little cramped.

You can hear voice from inside the room when standing at the door. Like your privacy was a bit exposed. The bed was making noise when you move.

The shampoo and the shower gel were the same, but different bottle 😅🤣😂 Either you are washing hair with shower gel or you are washing body with shampoo. 😉😆

The team at the reception was so helpful, specially richi who i give a 5 star service. Richi english language was clear and explained where to go, how to go and helped me a lot to make my journey a success. Continue the good work

Perfect location (closed to the street with tasty street food), good walking distance to the Monument, friendly staff, helpful with our questions and nice breakfast with lots of possibilities.
