The view from room was an area that looked like a strange area and were the air conditioning fan of other rooms would be, so at night it was quite noisy. The staff at check in and check out was not friendly, dint make you feel welcome.

We were there for two nights. The family room was comforted spacious, ideal for a family of 4. Having the pool was also a plus for the kids after a day out. Quiet neighbourhood. The place is 5 min walk to main street, restaurants, shops and sea side.

A simple and comfortable guest house with pleasant staff in a nice location of Sanur. Off the main road and quiet, with a nice patio and a swimming pool. We were lucky it was almost empty on the days we stayed there, so we could really relax. I sincerely recommend for a short stay.

Long stay guests are a little loud making walls seem thin. Little staff to help you but full facilites to help yourself. Bathroom very mouldy.

Full use of kitchen with all the facilities. Lovely pool. Location quiet, off main road and a few minutes stroll to massage, beauty spa, warungs, laundry, small convenience store, bike hire. Few minutes bike ride to main street, large two story AMart grocery store with ATMs and beach. Forshore is perfect for long bike rides with family past many restaurants, turtle conservation centre, Icon mall with excellent Arcade and cinema.

The outside pavers are very slippery and the staff need to spend some time cleaning. Mattresses are quite firm. Change the dish clothes in the kitchen regularly, they are dirty and there was a sick family there and everyone was using the same dirty dish clothes for a week.

Good location. Quiet, safe, nice pool. There are a couple of good warung’s just down the street and bike hire nearby. Great value for money.

We did have cockroach in the bed somehow mosquitos about ants crawling up the walls.. don’t seem to ever clean the pool dead skin and dirt in it for a week

We were the only room without a small porch/patio and thus a table. Thus we could only sit and relax on our beds unless we sat at the table by the pool. More hanging space for towels would have been nice. Also, staff was rarely present during the day. At night there was always a guy available.

The room was great. Very clean. They were cleaned daily, which was wonderful. The dresser and closet space was good. The small refridgerator was nice so we could bring home leftovers or store drinks.

The bathroom needs some renovation

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very comfortable and clean with all necessary facilities like AC, fridge, teapot, water, good WiFi etc. The outside area was also beautiful with nice swimming pool. Walkable distance to the city center and beach. I would like to come back!

There are no TV channels that I could watch. Never any staff around, you had to message them on whatsapp.

The shower room could do with some wall repainting (as the paint was peeling), and the toilet paper holder needs to be replaced. More cloth hanger could be added, and the left cupboard door needs to be fixed, we were unable to close it without stuffing some folded paper at the bottom of the door. The floor mat in the shower room looks rather tired, so is the toilet seat (some chips on the seat are noticeable). The beach chair near the dipping pool also needs to be refurnished. The in-room TV says the cable monthly subscription hasn't been paid, so we were unable to watch TV. The in-room electric water boiler needs to be replaced. It wasn't working. The outdoor rattan towel rack needs to be replaced: it looked really tired. This was the first time since we stayed there after the Covid pandemic and the difference was rather noticeable.

The guest house is clean, with working room-fan, working AC, hot+cold water shower, a working mini-fridge, a sufficient number of electric socket, excellent wi-fi service, excellent running water, clean bed and bed sheets, excellent mattress and pillows. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed daily. Potable (hot+cold) is available at reception. The guest house's proximity to the Sanur main drive is excellent, yet the area was quite.

The hot water was mostly lukewarm. But I find this with a lot of places in Bali

It was very spacious for our family of 5. The pool was lovely. Close walk to the beach and main road. A warung on the corner that serves delicious Indonesian meals. A communal kitchen was very handy. Free filtered water was very appreciated 🙏

Boulevard is a 10/15 min walk, quite long when it's hot outside. But the location is really quiet and the money is 100% worth it
