The only thing I can think of is the shower doesn't have a wall so if you do shower most of the floor and toilet will be wet. It's an inconvenience but easily overcome.

We came to Nusa Penida for our engagement and enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating and helped with taxis, scooters, food, and diving excursions. Iwan and Richard were amazing and made sure our trip was unforgettable. The people staying there were all very friendly and inviting. I would highly recommend the place to anyone wanting to explore Nusa Penida.

Nothing really. Scooter or transportation is required because it is located halfway of the hill, so no store or restaurant is in a walking distance

Everything is perfect. This place is chill. Pool view is gorgeous. Staff is impressive, super helpful and passionate, caring about customers. Price is reasonable. Food is delicious. room is clean. Tour is fun.

Please renovate rooms a bit and change room towels, they are grey and smell not well.

The most scenic place I have been is an amazing hotel located up the hill with a breathtaking view of the sea and pool. Quite and calm and peaceful location. Decent-sized rooms, no mosquitoes. The best part is they do have diving facilities so that no need to book outside. They will also assist you with transportation from Nusa Penida port which is very helpful. Also, they have an in-house rent-a-scooter provision. The owner and the staff are amazing.

The check in at 3pm and check out at 11am. The difference should be less. Breakfast need to be improved. Please change the pillow.

I had given the feedback on the following to Jukung team which they mentioned would be worked upon: 1. Some parts of the property need maintenance - Fans not working in the dining area and rooms need some better maintenance. 2. Food was average. This is something they should definitely work upon as Nusa Penida has limited restaurants and the property being far from eateries, guests expect good quality food in-house.

We spent two amazing days at Jukung Dive Resort. The property's location is on top of a hill surrounded by forests and with amazing views of the sea. They have an infinity pool which is quite big and well maintained. This resort is primarily a dive resort where they train you for scuba and they conduct excursions to the best dive spots in Penida. The team took us to Manta Bay where we spotted 4 Mantas and Crystal Bay which was a fabulous experience. Overall hospitality is top notch and Richard and team go out of the way to make it memorable. They also arranged a taxi for us to visit the East Coast as well as the West Coast. If you are planning to hire cabs, I would recommend them as their rates are competitive and provide good cars. Overall a very good stay and I would recommend.

Not so much space in the room.

Spectacular location above Nusa Penida, the view is what made me want to stay here but overall everything was excellent, the room was comfortable and quiet, the restaurant offers a stunning view, also there is absolutely no one around, from the balcony of my room I simply could not see any other settlement. The host was most kind and we had a really nice chat on arrival. I felt really good here.

Nice quiet stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable. The staff were really friendly, even giving me aloe Vera for my sunburn! We rented a scooter which was great and they also provided transport to and from the harbours. The pool is a great place to chill and take in sunset.

The location of the resort with the stunning view of the sea and the mountains is amazing. The staff are welcoming and friendly, food was delicious. Overall stay was comfortable and enjoyed the pool.

The only thing I did not like was there was no toothpaste toothbrush and new towels for next day but I think thats because they are eco-friendly. Luckyly we had all of them and when we asked for new towel they gave us. So nothing at all !!

We stayed for three nights. My husband and I both certified divers and that’s why we chose Jukung. All staff were very friendly and we felt like we re home. Food was delicious. View was amazing, we took lots of drone videos. Thank you for everything we will come back.

Maybe small improvements on the bathrooms

The staff was amazing, they were super caring since the beginning of the stay, even the owner of the hotel was there the hole stay. The staff was aware of our needs at all times 10/10. The scuba diving staff were super nice and friendly as well, they were super caring with us that considering we are beginners. The infinity pool was incredible with beautiful sunsets. We would love to come back to this hotel to spend more time there.

The only thing I did not like was the way the bathroom is organised. There is no seperation from the shower. So the floor always wet after using the shower.

It's feels very familiar and you are being treated very personal. The view with the seeing the sunrise from the room and the sunset at the swimming pool was amazing. We did our PADI open water and we were very happy with the way of teaching.

There was nothing worth walking to locally and the walk down was steep. If you stay here, enjoy your time in the resort and organise your excursions of where you will go in Nusa Penida so you are picked up and dropped back at the resort.

A great resort accomodation in Nusa Penida. It had fantastic views all day from our rooms and from the dining and pool area, which were even better at sunset. The infinity pool was a great place to relax and take in the views of the ocean. They had plenty of pool towels available and comfortable pool beds around the area. If you wanted to practice your diving there was also a Dive pool and an area to play table tennis. They also offered a restaurant with wide enough offering to dine in and not have to bother with the walk down and experiment with local diners.
