The shower leaks everywhere and the drains are slow but this wasn’t a major issue.

The room was large and comfy. Loved the pool, it had a great view and was a nice temp. The staff were super friendly and gave us a lift to a restaurant when we were stuck. Location is great and right by all the beach bars and snorkelling.

Breakfast could be better, still value for the money. The reception staff did not much speak English.

Great location near the beach and nice warungs in the the near surroundings. The bungalow was comfortable, clean and right next to the nice swimming pool. We used the one day diving lesson for 90 dollars which was a great memorable experience.

Pools are incredibly deep with no shallow area. Some rats were in 2 of the rooms.

Pools were both pretty deep and the water was really warm. There was some construction going on at the hotel at the time, so it got noisy during the day. Hotel is also right on the main street, so there's some traffic noise when hanging out at the side pool.

I asked about a taxi option back to Canggu. I only inquired (didn’t say “yes” or anything like that) and since I knew about a cheaper option, I said, "I will think about it and let you know eventually”. Then we went to scuba dive trip. Once we came back from the scuba dive trip, me and my friend were introduced to our taxi driver who was waiting for us and somehow we felt we had to take it. It wasn’t much more expensive than Grab/Gojek, but we clearly didn’t order this taxi.

Nice and clean, and they also offer scuba diving trips to popular locations around.

Upon booking, I reserved a "sea view" room, as well as my friend. This property has 2 levels for the rooms, our rooms were on the lower level, and you could just barely see a peak of the ocean. The rooms upstairs have a true sea view, so it felt a little unexpected to have just a peak of the sea rather than an actual "sea view". It would be better to label or advertise it differently, in my opinion. However, the lower pool is bigger so I'm ultimately happy that I got the room that I got, and they did seem willing to change my friends room upon request.

My dive guides, Wyan and Komang, were great. Everyone working at the property was very friendly and helpful. My room was right next to the downstairs pool, which I loved. The ac in my room was strong and worked well until the last day, but they fixed it immediately. The wifi was strong and consistent. The location was easy to walk to everything. My room felt very spacious and comfortable. The staff and management were very helpful in helping us book our next stay and offering suggestions of itineraries etc.

I would've liked a fridge and TV in my room, but I guess that would increase the rates.

Hotel is located at the end of the main centre of the busy area, so it's relatively quiet. Good location for diving to various dive sites. Both dive guides, Wayan and Komang, were excellent, they have good knowledge of dive sites. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had great sea views, although not on the beach.

location is perfect, in the middle town of amed, beach is walking distance (you can actually see the beach from the room balcony). staffs are very accomodating and great. since it is a diver resort, obviously it is perfect for divers as the pools are so deep as well. so when you have your kids with you, you need to be extra careful with them hanging out in the pool. breakfast are excellence, they offer some ala carte menu too at some additional price and the price was so reasonable compared to the surrounding. we had the family room for 4 and it was sooo big! the bathroom; it feels like entering a cave, so unique.

The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but once you go in, then it's just amazing. The view, pools etc. Breakfast was very nice - great variety! You could go diving easily through the property and you get a very professional training.

The main staff who served us the most was surly and never smiled, looked at me blankly and seemed annoyed when I asked him anything. The breakfasts were underwhelming. The other staff was lovely.

The deep pools were amazing for the kids and the large family room we stayed in was really nice and cheerful. Bunk bed are always a hit.

I generally had no problem with the resort. However, I would say that the coolness of the room could be improved, mainly because during my stay, the AC did not cool as quickly. As a result, the room was quite hot the first hour after I had checked-in.

I love the resort's pool. I also like the resort's location that is within close proximity to other places such as the beach and Sunset Point Bar. I was impressed with the staff's friendliness that warmly welcomed me the moment I first walked in, to the moment I bid my good bye to the resort. The room could be improved a little bit, since the AC in my room did not cool directly, but overall, it was a very comfortable room.

I sometimes found it tricky to work out who worked there and who didnt. There isnt really a 'reception' area so unsure where to find someone when I needed to ask a question etc. (This might be differet in busier periods)

Very quiet and peaceful setting. Pool area is nice and clean. Breakfast from a set menu each morning and was quickly. Super handy having the dive shop in the same place.
