The location is fantastic! 10 meters from the beach (and 20 meters from corals, lots of fish and turtles!) also close to many bars and restaurants. The garden is beautiful too and the stuff always ready to help and very kind. The room was huge with the basic necessities. Breakfast was very good too! Free water thee and coffee. But by far the best thing is to just wake up, walk 10 seconds, get in the water and immediately spot corals fishes and turtles. that’s priceless for me! Highly recommended if you like snorkelling!

Old fashioned Bali Style bungalows. Nice big garden. Not a crowded resort. Bungalow clean and spacious . Outdoor shower and toilet. Beach front with sea view. Fantastic snorkelling.

My favourite hotel/bungalow on Bali so far, directly on the beach (private), really beautiful garden, kind staff, great breakfast. I loved the outdoor shower, loved the balcony. Saw a turtle right in front! Would definitely stay here again.

Basic room which need some attention for details like plastering, doors and sanitation.

Great ocean view, nice snorkling just in front of the accomodation, comfortable beds. We liked the shower with bamboo as a pipe. Location is great (close to the main road with shops, restaurants and bars)

I wish for this place no more than stay the same

Always staying here. This place haven’t changed over the years and i absolutely love it. There is no hot water just water an outside temperature which is enough.

i always like a kettle in my room and these rooms don’t have them.

my friend and i booked both seaview one and seaview two bungalows for our stay in amed. while seaview one is a little bit closer to the ocean, seaview two is larger and has a direct straight on view of the sea. both satisfied our needs and delighted us with both the peace and quiet and being surrounded by the wild beauty. i say “wild” because the sea was particularly rough the six nights we were there. we hoped to snorkel more but there was only a day or two when the sea was calm enough. that’s rainy season for you! the snorkeling was really wonderful and easy when we were able to go! the staff here is so sweet and kind. breakfast delivered to your porch, was eggs of choice, toast, a fruit bowl and balinese coffee. the air conditioner is excellent and quiet. the fridge worked fine and made ice for afternoon beverages by the beach. right next door to the left we had some wonderful balinese massages in the spa. very reasonably priced! there are only a few beach vendors and they are very kind people. the staff will put out cushions on the wooden loungers on the beach if you want to hang out there. we had such a restful time here. if you want a beautifully landscaped grounds in a peaceful environment, i highly recommend! i’d come back here in a flash if ever in amed again.

Staff were awesome! Bungalow was clean, aircon great, bed comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, although a minimal choice, (but this is clear from the start) it did not disappoint at all, we were more than happy with what was on offer! The staff prepared it for you when you were ready, fruit was fresh, serving size was more than adequate (I asked for a smaller amount!) The water in the shower wasn’t hot, but again, this didn’t pose an issue for us, as really it was just to be able to have a quick rinse after swimming in the ocean! Snorkelling was great straight off the beach in front, time of year affected visibility, but that’s nothing to do with the accommodation. Everything you want/need is walking distance away, a few beach bars are accessible along the beach front. There are only a few bungalows, so it is perfect for a relaxing stay.

Some simple repairs are needed in the property, the bathroom door handle was close to breaking, water consistently leaking from bathroom sink across the floor. The breakfast was not so great, next time I’ll probably bring my own food.

Great location, Made was super kind and staff was helpful. Very peaceful and quiet! I’m looking forward to coming back soon!

The place is very nice - beautiful bungalows surrounded by trees, with direct access to the beach. The room was very nice, the. The bathroom/shower was a highlight - very spacious. The terrace is very nice to have breakfast on/chill with the view on the sea. They also have tables /sunbeds by the beach. The coral reef is amazing, we've seen a lot of turtles, plenty of fish, even a few sea snakes and one reef shark in just 2 days. The owners and stuff are all very friendly and kind. The most peaceful and beautiful place I stayed in, in Bali! The bed was fit for a queen. The shower was quite cool because it was outside and there was definitely hot water. There was a seating bed thing on the terrace where you could listen to the sound of the waves and have breakfast brought to you. Easily go to the beach without your shoes or towel - it’s right there! Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Cats!
