I have only stayed in their budget accommodation rooms so I cannot comment on their more expensive offerings. No frills and some slight inconveniences. The shower want in Room number 1 leaks. Only one of the two outlets in Room number 2 is functional.

Clean and comfortable. Exceptional value and location. I love the smart TVs in the room. Remember to bring your assword if you want to sign in to any of the streaming services on offer.

This is an excellent, value for money, guest house in a perfect location close to the beach, flea markets, restaurants etc. Julie is a lovely host and looked after us very well. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Definitely a place to come back to.

The owner and his family were nice. They greeted me. We had a small talk about my travel plans and the Kuta beach. On the veranda there are 2 chairs, a table, and a drying rack where I could dry my towels and clothes after swimming. The location is near to Kuta beach. From this side of Kuta beach, I could walk along the beach until Legian. It was a nice long evening stroll. The smart TV with Netflix and amazon prime is something.

I was happy with everything at the property

The location was excellent, easy walking distance to everything , shops, restaurants, flea market , beaches . I specially enjoyed the walk along sari dewi and the spa next door and the wonderful Goodday Warung . The family run Homestay was welcoming and tasty breakfast and Bali coffee was available all day long . Special thank you to Juli who was always there to help and who organised my transport to the airport .

It was a bit pricey for what you got. The shower water did not drain and the toilet and sink were both leaking.

Great location, not a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast was okay: choice of omelette, pancakes, sunny side up and nasi/mie goreng, some fruit and coffee or tea.

The shower and toilet had pressure issues, it happened that shower stopped in the middle. The lighting could be better as it was a bit dim.

Location is very strategic really close to Kayu Aya beach (next to Kudeta club) where you can also take surfing lesson. Seminyak village (mall) is just by 5mins walking and there are many shops and food nearby. The bed is comfy and you can choose the breakfast. You can ask for daily cleaning as well.

It is located in a nice area very close to the beach (5 min walk). The property is run by a lovely local family. Given the location and the price you are paying for it, you can forgive some minor flaws, e.g. there was no hand soap in my room even though there was a liquid soap container (empty) at the sink (I used the shower gel which was provided). Breakfast was good for the price I paid. Good to stay for a night or two.

It was all good. The place is pretty basic but it’s clean with working AC so I’ve no complaints.

The location is great. Right near the beach. Very happy that my dog was allowed to stay. The room was large and comfortable. Plenty of power points. Great value.
