Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaYou can feel that the villa is a bit older and run down, especially in the kitchen - faucets etc. were just not exactly working well and everything would need some upgrade here and there. The kitchen was missing basing utensils and cutlery which is a shame - to have a big kitchen but not enough forks to eat for 4 people :) Also there was only one sunbed - but it could easily fit two more, for bigger comfort.
What we liked about this villa is the atmosphere, balinese style and generous space. It felt bigger than it was and the big shared pool was a nice addition.

Lovely vegetation and close to Jimbaran beach - however you need to drive there as the road is not pedestrian - friendly. Close to a fantastic restaurant called Opia

This villa is by far the best one we've stayed in. It's luxurious and clean, quiet and comfortable. Private pool is a big plus. Nearby convenient store (about 2 mins walk) which is very practical. We would definitely come back.

SpainMany things were broken, the villa needs little restorations and care. There is daily cleaning and room service, but there were areas of the villa that seems that have never been cleaned in years. It’s a really good quality-price relation but they need to confront these two things to be a high class villas.
Really luxury villas, with spacious living room and a nice plunge pool. The master bedroom has shower, bathtub and two sinks. The garden was pretty nice and the views were awesome. It was really quiet and peaceful.
