The pool, partly in the shade so we were protected from the sun, and the beautiful plants around the courtyard which were well tended.

They moved us to a new and bigger room after we had a few issues with the first one. Staff were very happy to assist and lovely. Location was great and room was exceptionally quiet even though just a quick walk to the main street. Very close to mini mart, atm and pharmacy.

First room was very small, not clean, no sheet on the bed, toilet door didn't close, food in the cupboard, air conditioning didn't work.

The rooms are too small and lagging basic amenities. Washroom was not in good condition with broken floor and flush not working. The individual told that it can't be repaired and if I want I can shift at 11 in the night. No toiletries were provided

    Pool, AC

Hotel charges more money than Booking.com estimates. Staff is nice but every contact has a strange aftertaste because of the money thing. The standard room is extremely run down and worn out. Shower only has cold water and water pressure from sink, toilet etc is extremely low.

The location is amazing, very quiet but just a short walk to all of the action in central Ubud. Great that there were two lovely warungs (local restaurants) across the road from Jerogadung House so a reasonably priced good quality breakfast, lunch and dinner were always available (especially dinner at Putu's Wild Orchid warung). The owner, Pak Wayan (and his uncle) were friendly and helpful as was the staff.

A top sheet would have been nice.

Great location, really friendly staff (when you could find them) and good air conditioning. Great price point for the size room and a really really good hot shower. The room was also very spacious. Communal cooking facilities seemed to be available if you wanted these.

No sheets on the bed- just a quilt not in a cover- lots of stains. 1 pillow each which we struggled to sleep on and our room backed on to the owners house so their cockerel woke us around 5 each morning and crowed for the next three hours. There were also rats outside our room.

The shower is inside a stone bathtub, not very stable to stand. Its really not necessary to have a bathtub as the bathroom is all closed without windows, not pretty or cozy at all.

We were upgraded which was very nice. The pool was clean and set in a lovely garden. And was very refreshing to come home to after a hot day. I really like The location as it is in a relatively quiet local street but very central/ close to main road. Family is friendly and helpful. o-so. an on the verandah would be good too. But that’s the case with many home stays. R:)

Only thing is I think it would be even better if they included breakfast as it was so so A fan on verandah or a shade blind, would be nice but that’s the case with many home stays so no biggie.
