Shower went extremely hot and cold.

Fantastic location and only 5 minute walk from the beach. Very close to everything in Seminyak. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and stayed cool. The day bed outside the room is fantastic for during the day relaxing.

Could not fault the staff! They are so accommodating and caring. Our daughter got a nasty bug bite (to be expected) and they went above and beyond to clean our room and provide extra protection for the room and cream for our daughter. Helena is dedicated to her guests and it shows through her team and their service. Good sized room in a handy, quiet location.

The water temperature had a mind of its own, changing from hot to cold. The toilet filled slowly, and the drains drained slowly. A lot of construction work is going on at the nearby bar, but that's not Jepun's fault. That seems to be omnipresent everywhere in Seminyak.

The room was very spacious, the people that worked there were pleasant and very helpful if problems occured, and the location was right bewteen the beach (5 min walk) and restaurants (2 min walk) and great shopping (10 minutes walk). Nice size swimming pool.

The facilities were great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The went out of their way to assist with any query. Above and beyond. It was better than I expected. I liked the layout of the rooms and the facility.

The room and balcony were spacious and clean. Large water bottles provided daily. Easy access to the beach, shopping and nightlife. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a short distance down a bit of a dark road. The bathroom looked a bit tired but it was clean.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and a day bed outside was nice when you just wanted to chill out. Room is serviced on request and water available on site. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The room I stayed in was as pictured.

Location

This is a prime location and great value for money. The room is really spacious with a balcony. The pool is accessible 24 hours a day. The staff are truly amazing and helpful especially Yuni, who always has a smiling face and is incredibly kind and supportive.

If I could give 1 million positive points instead of 10, I would. Starting with the attention of Iuni, Roslin and Marrie!!! They are always willing to help with everything, with a smile on their face and solving everything immediately. Their education and good disposition is everything! In addition to them, the clean pool, the beautiful park and the super large, bright and clean rooms!!! The rooms have a desk, a table with coffee, tea and electric kettle . Also a mini fridge! Jepun is close to everything! The beach, restaurants and also the Seminyak shopping. Completely recommended and of course I will return!!! Thank you for everything.

Love it here .

I like the location it is strategically convenient. Close to the beach and shops . I like how there’s a mart downstairs and a warung if you’re looking to eat local Indonesian dish . The property itself has everything you need and for the price , I think it’s worth it .

Low water pressure.

This place is a secret gem. Hidden off the Main Street it’s literally a hop to the beach and everything needed. Rooms are super spacious, pool was a decent size for a guesthouse. Lovely and quiet. My daughter and I loved it and would stay again.

The property is inside an alleyway. As I was alone, this deterred me from staying out after dark. Having said this, I did come back late on a few occasions with no issues. If I was holidaying with someone, I would have felt completely fine.

The location was very convenient The beach, the shops, the restaurants, the banks, all within minutes walk. The room was very comfortable, too. And the staff were absolutely adorable!

To access the b&b you have to walk down an unlit road which is rubbish strewn. There is no central communal area(which I knew when I booked) Sometimes there was no water to shower in and when it was on the pressure was low and it was warm at best- small criticisms of a generally great place with some issues that are out of their control.

Great location close to everything, just a short walk to the beach. Good sized clean room with an outside space.(balcony).Excellent air con. You just had to WhatsApp the staff and they cleaned your room, topped up your water etc. Lovely gardens and pool.
