United KingdomThere was a bit of construction noise that started early in the mornings that we wasn’t aware of and farm animals across the street making noise throughout the night but it really wasn’t really a big deal considering how nice the place is and how good the staff were.
The room was lovely and staff were very attentive and responded straight away when messaged on WhatsApp. The rooms are made up in the morning and evening which means the rooms are always clean. We enjoyed our stay so much.

AustraliaThe only thing I can fault was our shower head didn’t quite function properly - the water sprayed out all over the bathroom making it very wet everywhere but the staff were always great when coming to clean daily to wipe all surfaces dry.

Jellyfish is very well located down a quiet path but close to the all the surrounding sights and places of interest. The Banana lounge has a great pool with daily events and a great menu. Staff really are very helpful and professional.

Switzerland• I do think the room is a bit expensive for the area… • You can hear music from Banana Lounge from early morning till late night. They do offer ear plugs if needed but we would have wished for it to be a little more quiet for the price paid. • It’s not their fault, but there’s construction on a building beside Jelly Fish so you can hear hammering as early as 07:30am and while relaxing at the pool / Banana Lounge.
Big spacious room with very comfortable bed ! Staff comes in every morning and evening to make beds or prepare for evening. Very clean! • The staff are very friendly, attentive & reactive (even with information provided before arrival!) • E-butler available for any questions, demands, information, driver, etc. Makes everything so easy! • One complimentary drink a day (plus there’s happy hour from 4-6pm so you basically get 3 drinks and only pay 1) • Banana Lounge is great to chill by the pool on long chairs and enjoy the good food or drinks from the restaurant • 10 - 15 min walk from Impossible Beach or Bingin Beach (get ready for the stairs :P) • Proximity to many restaurants (easy by foot)

GermanyStaying at Hotel Jellyfish has been an incredible experience. The staff is extremely friendly, and the hotel itself is stunning and impeccably clean. We were warmly welcomed with delicious coconuts upon arrival. The breakfast here is fantastic, and all the food we ordered was beautifully presented and unbelievably tasty. Plus, you can enjoy cocktails during Happy Hour, included in the price. One thing that really stood out to us was the thoughtful preparation before bedtime. The staff makes sure the room is ready to keep mosquitoes away, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep without any disturbance from insects. This hotel is truly a highlight and top-notch. We will definitely return next year. We were pleasantly surprised that the staff even knows our names—my wife feels like royalty here. Thank you so much for everything.
