Pretty secluded location if you want to go exploring other places in Lombok. Other then that nothing

Great secluded spot, not far from senggigi port ( 5 minutes ) and fairly close to bangsal port (30 minutes ) Great options for food and a very scenic location on the beach front. The place is very calm and quiet, great for relaxation. The staff are amazing and attentive. The whole place feels separate to the outside world. Amazing sunset location.

Place needs refurbishment as a lot of things are stained. Mattress not so comfortable.

The bedding sometimes had stains or was torn, even after we informed the staff. The restaurant sometimes ran out of ingredients.

Everything! It was so peaceful and relaxing and the villas, restaurant/bar areas were beautiful. The staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay even more wonderful. It was also nice to have the option to go to Jeeva Klui but actually we preferred the peace and quiet of Santai.

Loooove this place, we didn't want to leave. The staff are excellent and it had a more intimate feel than the larger resorts. The food, the drinks, the setting, the comfort and the awesome staff made it such a memorable stay. We found our happy place 😍❣️

Please be aware that the hotel does not have its own beach, and there is a public path between the hotel and the sea, which can sometimes be a little bit noisy.

It’s a wonderful place in Senggigi area with beautiful and clean rooms and villas. We loved the rich breakfast right on the seaside and the privacy and the set of our villa. The sunset is just breathtaking and the happy hour was a plus too. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Probably one of the best hotels to stay in Lombok. Staff were excellent - they go out of their way to make sure you are treated like royalty. The actual rooms were fantastic - spacious, clean and comfortable. Food was great as well, enough variety. This is better than many 5 star hotels and we wished we had stayed for longer.

This is my second stay at this fabulous property and this time my husband came along! He was blown away at the location, the room and the breakfast!

1) The resort didn't have a proper beach and walking to the nearest one was not easy or safe, walking on the stone wall along the shore, with high waves at times. 2) Getting into the resort and villa pool was a bit challenging for us 80 year-olds....

We had a great time at this wonderful small property with only 14 villas. . The Pearl restaurant was a gem. An extensive menu with plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner. We liked the 5-7pm Happy Hour. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They never asked for our villa number after the first visit and always called us by our first name Our pool-villa was a perfect size, a nice layout and at a good location close to the resort pool and the restaurant.

Maybe you can offer to rent a scooter.

The service personnel were very nice, kind and gentle. All of them (greetings to Nenghah, Ema, Liana, Habib, Ran and all the others). They cleaned up the room twice a day. The dishes were so delicious, none of them were disappointing.

Everything! The location is great, close to town for supplies, massages etc but quiet. Magnificent views, crystal clear water and turtles out the front. Fun little wave in the corner. Great food, and the staff are wonderful!

We felt it needed some hanging hooks for towels and more coat hangers.

The staff and service was exceptional, they cared about us and our experience. The private villa was a splurge booking for us and ticked every box. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant that guiltily we didn’t venture far! The happy hour cocktails were great value. We even had massages at the other location and they provided the transport! If it wasn’t on the other side of the world we would go every year!

Nothing But I would suggest the front office staffs could be more helpful with luggages from and to taxi. The drivers mostly do the work, without any help
