EVERYTHING! Especially the hospitality and the service. 10 is not enough. They went beyond that. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night, but definitely will come back again and totally recommend this place if you're looking for serenity and peaceful. The water of the sea is amazing 🤩 I love how they put such a detail to their architecture, the rattan ceiling, terracotta floor, bamboo door handle...

Apart for staying only for 1 night, nothing else.

Staff were excellent, restaurant provided good variety, room was well appointed.

Location was a little isolated, no other restaurants close by for variety

Jeeva Klui was absolutely outstanding and one of our favourite places we have ever stayed. The whole property is beautiful and located right on the beach. The food was incredible, our pool villa was very comfortable and spacious, and we loved getting a massage at the spa! Everything here is incredible, but as other reviews have said, the staff are the best thing about Jeeva Klui. They provide an exceptional service, they remembered and used our names, they decorated our room beautifully for us as it was our honeymoon and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved the snorkelling tour around the Gili Islands. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Having to leave!

Quite simply, this is the most lovely hotel that I have stayed at in 50 years of travelling around the world! Our room was large and airy with a super-comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe and a semi-outdoor bathroom. The private pool was surprisingly big with a large, decked seating area around the edge. There is also a large, infinity pool overlooking the sea,a spa and a beautiful private beach. The staff are friendly, helpful and trained to a very high professional standard. There is a large, covered restaurant, but the beachside tables offer a particularly memorable dining experience, especially at sunset and in the evening when they are lit by lanterns hanging from the trees. Overall, the resort offered a luxurious, relaxing and incredibly memorable experience - the perfect end to our three-week trip around Indonesia!

Very nice luxury hotel with a nice clean restaurant and private beach, amazing spa treatments. The staff help you organising tours and they are super helpful and kind. Nice private beach and swimming pool from where you can see the sunset.

You need to rent a taxi to go anywhere since the resort is far from the center.

The resort is great with very friendly staff but the prices are extremely high for Indonesia: for example, for the laundry, you are paying for each piece separately and it’s 24000 IDR for only one T-shirt and 30000 IDR for a pair of trousers. Also, in the restaurant of the resort, expect prices being around 4 times higher than is a normal restaurant.

It looked luxurious, clean and it is facing the sea, so plus point! The staff and the food of the restaurant were amazing.

I wish my room was facing the sea though! The beach was not as clean as expected:( Also, the lights were not sufficient, it was dark when I walked back to my villa.

Location and facilities were incredible. Staff are very service orientated and always smiling. A big thank you to Dini and Windri who were amazing at taking customer service to the next level by remembering our names and regular orders. Compliments to the management for an extremely well run resort!

Very cozy

Amazing location with a private beach and lovely sunset views. All the staff were super lovely and the facilities were amazing.

The massage wasnt great and was super week despite being asked to massage with more pressure.

All staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful in making our stay special. Our room overlooked the gardens and the beach. We were able to sit on our balcony and watch the surfers through the trees. This was a wonderful small resort where you could relax, enjoy good food and be indulged by friendly staff.

Our bathroom was a little dated.

Right next to the beach, beautifully situated. Staff were 10/10 and so polite. Breakfast was great. Room was also great with excellent bed.

Not much around it. You’re limited to the restaurant which is a little expensive and then has 21% tax on it too. They also don’t have scooter rental there.

We liked the big bungalows & the customer service was elite. So helpful and friendly. The pool + gym is very great. The Asian dishes were were very well made. We liked the fact that we could order however much we wanted for breakfast. Although we arrived after the kitchen closed they mad a way of providing food for us as we traveled far. Again best customer service we experienced so far.

The quality of the western dishes was not good. The breakfast dishes didn’t match our expectations.

This hotel is really beautiful with lovely grounds, infinity pool and private beach. The room was gorgeous with amazing sea views, lovely bathroom and spacious dressing area with outdoor shower. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way to give you an amazing stay. The massages also really good. Cocktails at sunset, watching the sun go down over the sea and volcano in the distance heavenly. We loved our stay, thank you!

Wow, what a nice place to stay at! Really friendly staff! Dini was amazing, but also all the other staff! Amazing view at sea! We only booked one night, but we enjoyed every minute of it!
