Location requires taxi or scooter to get into main Senggigi as nothing around the hotel area. While rooms are very comfortable and functional they are very dated. But this is reflected in the price.

Limited number of sun beds by the pool. The first day when we arrived we approached the staff to request a sun bed the answer was: I'm sorry,no more. We had to wake up early in the morning to go and occupy a sun bed.

Great spot by the beach which is cleaned by the hotel. Pool is great. Rooms are spacious, and while a bit dated, clean and everything works. Staff is super nice. Lot of games like chess, fuss-ball, pool table.

The beach wasnt very clean with lots of rubbish floating up on the beach with the tides. I wouldnt recommend swimming. But as far as the resort is concerned its good.

A great resort for relaxation and in-house restaurant and bar. Fantastic pool. A large resort. Yes, it's been said to be old, but it is a lovely representation of a traditional balinese design. It has a lovely atmosphere. Lombok is a large island but easy to get around by Bluebird taxis and drivers available.

the hot water in the bathroom took quiet a while to get hot, so if you want to take a shower you have to let the water run a couple of minutes before you can get in the shower

Though room was clean and well maintained but I guess the property itself is very old so the rooms had earthworm in the ceiling and I felt it untidy to sleep overhead earthworm and as mentioned the gym didn’t had any proper facilities for weight training so we had to pay extra to go other nearby gym

Extremely friendly, the location is good as it's not far to Mataram and a great shopping mall and restaurants. Two minutes away is a fantastic restaurant called Stanley Gardens. Friendly owner, reasonable prices on tasty meals.

The exterior is quite old. The play area and gardens are not as beautiful as it should be. It get lots of potential. But not sure maybe no more investors. When I was there, there was some commotion outside my rooms, people were shouting and singing and it was very, very loud and crowded. The hotel management seemed to not care that types of commotion or organised venue that is happening BUT any of it should not bother their other hotel customers. We were definitely very disrupted as they were laughing loudly and playing the music so loud.

Resort is old and very tired looking. On the beach front with great views of the sunset, but no chairs, etc, to sit and enjoy the views. Only 10 sun loungers around the pool for the entire resort.

Staff were fantastic. Nice buffet breakfast.
