Please accept our profound apologies for: - The poor quality of the breakfast, with the exception of the waffles. - The severe lack of staff, including the absence of service at the swim-up pool. - The non-functional hand sanitizers at the lifts, a critical health and safety oversight. - The unfinished and unpainted ceilings throughout the property. - The uncomfortable extra bed. - The inconsistent hot water supply and the unclean, mouldy shower. - The lack of umbrellas and shading in the rooftop pool area. - The disruptive noise from the air conditioning unit and the nearby nightclub that prevented sleep. - The inconvenience regarding beach access.
