Lacked personality.

It was clean and comfortable and room was enormous! Big shower either wonderful hot water and toiletries supplied. Lovely pool. Great location.

The room is outdated. Only ONE electric plug for the entire space. The toilets did not work. The bathtub is not “flat” so there is stagnant water. I have seen so many mosquitoes in the bathroom and also a few in the room even if we had the AC on.

It could be a bit cleaner. The bed sheets and pillow case had some stains.

We stayed 3 nights, all 3 times the breakfast was not good at all. We tried different breakfast dishes, but the toast was always soggy and the coffee was undrinkable... The bedsheets had stains and a tear.. AC was old without flap resulting in cold air directly on the bed

Room was very noisy with drilling/banging from work at the hotel, starting sometimes from as early as 7am into the evenings. This noise could also be heard from the pool. There were also many roosters and also a cow at the properties next to the hotel which made a racket in the early hours onwards as well. The bathroom set up is also a bit strange, the walls of the toilet don’t meet the ceiling so little privacy from any noise. The sink drain also smelled very bad, we made makeshift plugs to try and stifle the smell but these were taken by housekeeping both days.

Very large room with big comfy bed. Staff were all lovely and breakfast was nice. Pool was also nice and location was good.

JM Hotel is a budget hotel and was adequate for our needs. Centrally located within easy walking to many restaurants/cafes/bars. The room was large as was the bathroom, but both need updating. Breakfast was the highlight of this hotel, with ala carte options most days and buffet style on random days.

First room assigned was smelling really bad, had a lot of mold and was not well cleaned. However as soon as we exposed the situation to the staff another room was assigned for us, in perfect conditions. The staff was really nice. The pool was really pleasant and the location perfect! Also the breakfast was very good!

They should warned the people in advance before booking if the room on the app is not available. I paid 2 nights for the room displayed on the app but I actually had only spent one in this actual room as it was already occupied the first day.

Booked a room through the app, we arrived there the room that we got the first night weren’t matching with the one I booked on the app. Humidity smell, mold and cracks on the wall. I’ve been told that the one originally booked was already occupied so they offer me to move in the next day.

Strong sewerage smell coming from toilet and shower drains...which spread throughout the room. Aircon didn't work.

The wifi often didn’t in the room.

The location was in the center of kuta. Very close to the restaurants etc. If you rent a bike somewhere you can reach every beach well. Clean swimmingpool and nice people. Breakfast was also really good. Some days there was a buffet and other days a menu with a lot of options. You can get a 60 minute massage for only 125k at the hotel and it was really good. Overall very good hotel, especially for that price.
