I spent four nights in this beautiful hotel and it was like Paradise! The guys of the staff are so kind and nice they always made sure to help me in all possible ways. The room is just gorgeous and comfy. Again, little paradise on earth. It's an 11/10 for me and can't wait to go back!!

Breakfast options could be better! Swimming pool was also too warm (not that we spent much time in it).

Situated in what we thought was the best part of the island. Close to many bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as high-quality scuba operators. Rooms were very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful. Staff were helpful with organizing bikes.

From the welcome to the place, to the explanation of the island, Kalil took the time to explain absolutely everything to us. The hotel room had memorable details, from a welcome card, to baskets with snorkel masks, beach towels, and pool towels. The room was beautiful. The breakfast was splendid. The entire Isla de Agua team was always helpful and welcomed us with a smile. I would return to this place. And

Two bungalows are still under construction and I had to ask twice the staff to ask the workers to stop drilling and polishing during the day when I wanted to rest on the on the sun-beds.

Pool could be cleaner. Water kettle in the room and coffee would be nice. The fridge in the room is too loud, needed to turn it off. I asked for slippers and ther provided them!

Such a cute place. Big pool, tastefully decorated rooms. It was a pleasure to come home every day. The staff was so friendly and ready to help with all of my wishes. They cleaned the room every day. I was supposed to stay one night but extended for eight! Location was great, close to the beach but far enough from the mosque so the noise didn’t disturb my sleep.

I found this accommodation casually browsing but I am so happy I did. This is a little gem in Gili Air. I loved everything from the welcoming with a fresh towel and iced tea as I got here very tired and hot was just what I needed. The staff is amazing super friendly and kind especially Halid that gave me a little insight of the island with places to eat/activities… The room is just super cute, very spacious , clean and just the vibe I was looking for. There is nothing not to like about this little beautiful gem.

The place is perfect! The staff are awesome and made our stay even better. Probably the best mojito we had on our trip! The rooms are immaculate, cold AC, hot showers and delicious breakfasts. The location is great, we rented bikes and could get anywhere easily. We spent 6 nights here and wish we could have stayed longer.

The A/C does not work well so if you are a hot sleeper you may not like it. The bed was hard, but most are in the area. I wish there was some sort of blanket on the bed.

This is a cute little hotel off the beaten path. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a place to store your bike rental. The pool was very nice and seemed to be very clean. Th ewelcome drink was refreshing as well. I thought the pool loungers were comfortable. The vibe is chill. I would stay again.

Everything was lovely!

Gorgeous boutique hotel in a quiet part of the island. Rooms were bright, spacious and comfy. Khalid and his team were AMAZING!! They all went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, always on hand giving us recommendations and helping us wherever they could. They are fabulous, and made us feel so at home for the 10 days we stayed. They even surprised my friend with a little fruit platter and sung to her for her birthday! ☺️ Thank you - you made our trip very special!

Could do with more sunbeds as there's only two double sunbeds so they get filled fast in the afternoon.

The staff were sooo friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are lovely. It's a lovely calming space to come back to each day. Locations is great for sunset beach. The island is so small that nothing is very far.

The room itself was dated and very basic for the price. They say the hotel is only 1 year old but it must have been another hotel before because the rooms are definitely not new. The bathroom smelt so strongly of damp that I tried to go in there as little as possible. The shower was grimy and covered in drain flies. This was the most expensive hotel we booked on our trip in Indonesia and the only one we didn’t enjoy being in. We decided to leave early.

Location was great and the common area was lovely. The pool and restaurant space was clean, well maintained, calm and quiet. The staff were friendly and happy to help.
