The staff were very friendly and helpful, but not very responsive to messages. During strong winds and rain overnight, water leaked through the roof and onto the floor. It was a mild inconvenience, but I'm sure such strong winds are not uncommon in Bedugul.

It's located in a beautiful area and close to major attractions. The cabin looks great and the privacy screening is well considered. Breakfast was delicious.

The only downside was the abundance of flies during our stay, but I believe that was due to the season, and it's something beyond their control. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful location in the mountains, just a short distance from the lake. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the cabin was spotless. Even though it rained during our visit, the surrounding scenery was still stunning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we couldn't have breakfast at the café as a tree had fallen across the road, preventing it from opening. However, the staff quickly arranged for breakfast to be served at our cabin, which was very well organized.

the property looks not finished yet, they still have work left here and there, they are opening too soon, they even send us to restaurant on the other property for breakfast, we was interested about the jacuzzi on the pics they showed, but found out the jacuzzi is not working yet, the villa whatsall number is bit slow respon, they informed about ability for late check out but when i try to ask for it, no one respon the chat, honestly still need a lot work to do

the toilet very comfy, cleanliness is 10/10, the view is breath taking, even in bad weather, you can still enjoy spend the night here, the linen parfume smells good but a bit excessive.

It was directly across from a large community mosque so the noise strating at 04:30 was extremely loud - especially when teh wonde was cming form tht direction.. Added to the fact that for 2 of the 3 nights celebrations held at the mosque until almost midnight, it was like it was in the same room as us - so we had very little sleep. We advise bringing ear plugs

The rooms were well build and very comfortable, great to have a kettle and drinking water. The staff were very attentive to our needs. Property was very close to the botanical gardens and surrounded by small farms King sized bed was very comfy!!

Since it’s in the mountains, it does get cold after sunset, so bring warm clothes—the provided heater isn’t quite enough to fully warm the cottage. Nearby there is a mosque, so you will hear the prayers from sunrise to sunset as part of local culture. During our stay (which fell on an Indonesian holiday), the neighbor entertained everyone with karaoke 😅

You truly feel harmony and connection with nature here. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views, evenings by the fireplace, and a stunning common garden with plantations, it’s the perfect place to relax and meditate. A temple is just a short walk away, and there’s a coffee shop nearby with mesmerizing views. Don’t miss Strawberry City—it’s a must-visit!

Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The way up to the cabins is very steep and involves many steps. The road to the cafe where breakfast is served is steep, as is the continuation to the main road below. The cabin looked nice at first sight, but once inside, the whole floor creaked badly. The cabin is not sealed off, and is open to the elements. Being in the mountains, it gets very cold at night. The bedding provided was not suited to these low temperatures, so we ended up sleeping fully clothed! The staff has no English, which resulted in us not getting clean towels or more water, even though we asked for them. If you are looking for peace and quiet, in a cabin in the hills, you will not like the regular call to prayer from about 4 different mosks at the same time. Groups of local young people seem to frequent these cabins, and like to party .. noisily.

We liked the nice hot shower, but the bathroom stank.

The noise. Hard to get a full night sleep with dogs at night, roosters in the am and the mosques calling loud at 5am.

We liked the surroundings. Very green, I was worried of mosquitoes since the cabin are not insulated and there are a lot of air openings. But since it gets under 20 degree at night, no mosquitoes.

There was no water in the shower in all hotel, and we waited 3 hours after check in for it. Nobody told about this problem during the check in. It was important for me to take shower, because it was cold and we had a dirty hiking before. There was only apologies and the offer of free breakfast, but our problem was not resolved
