Quite far from Bandung City to get access for the shopping area. But excellent for golfing and scenery enjoyments.

Overall its a good experience and moments being here with the facilities and environment.

The top floor restaurant was closed, that would have been nice to see

Service in Dining and bar space is not at InterContinental standard. Although they did get better. Ordering another beer was like waiting for a bus in the desert sometimes. Attention to detail lacking

Overall room maintenance can be improved. TV remote battery is not regularly checked. Ours didn’t work well, we had to use the main switch to off the TV before sleeping. Saw traces of grey marking on some towels and pillow cases. Basic bedding and towel washing can be improved.

Space, facilities and breakfast is great. Staffs are helpful and accommodative to our needs.

The hotel is a little run down and needs a makeover. I could hear the children in the neighbouring room.

Hotel is secluded, away from the hassle and bustle of city life. The tranquil surroundings was relaxing and peaceful.

Great Location. The view was excellent. Staff were courteous and friendly, variety of food available was fantastic. The hotel was located close to the dream park and a lot of eateries are available

No car vallet. Sometimes there are no buggy available. Breakfast should hv more varieties. Long waiting time on in room dining orders. Bugs on our bed (but since the hotel is surounded by lush greneeries so we thought it was from the outdoors).

It was located on a quite part of Bandung which makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday. It offers wide range of kids activities so children wont get bored even if you stay all day in the hotel Love the pool but could be more heated cuz sometimes it still feels a bit cold after a while. Our kids love the outdoor playground and also thenkids club. Horse riding was fun but they should go for a longer track for 50 thousand rupiah/round.

The horrible front office gave us a twin bedroom without confirmation. While we had booked a king-size bedroom, we had to wait 30 minutes to get our rights back even though it was late in the evening. The other surprise, even though we already booked breakfast for 2 adults and 1 kid, she wants to charge for our daughter.

There were several places where the light bulbs were out in the rooms. There were many meals on the menu, but many could not be provided.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food menu is extensive and everything is very tasty. Service was good.

the shower hose is leaking. soap container is mixed up, the body soap is placed outside the shower. electric plug not fitting properly

The swimming pool is heated and there are facilities for children's activities. We got an upgrade from premium to Junior suite. Beatiful view from our room. The service fron the staff was excellent. You also get a photo session with free photo and frame.

We expected more of the food variety during breakfast. Also, would be perfect to have a nespresso machine in the room

The service from the staff was top notch, everywhere we went the staffs were always smiling and trying to be helpful. In extreme case, we asked for help in reheating our baby's food, the staff was eager to help and the reheating was done in no time. One time the reheat process was not going as planned and our baby's food was spoiled, the staff was quick to provide replacement meal as a way of apology. They made sure that we were taken care of and that we felt very comfortable.

room floor was no clean, the wall between room not soundproof we can clearly hear the conversation in the next room.

Having a special request for celebrating our wedding anniversary. Having a cake to celebrate there, but only got 2 options, either the slice one or 20x20 round cakes, which we chose the latter. Since we need to continue our journey to another city, and only 3 of us, it's just too big and such a waste. Dont like of wasting food. May consider to have 10x10 as an option in your package.

It was a really pleasant stay. Staff are really helpfull. Huge parking lot, golf cart available to get you into the lobby. Breakfast are nice, tasty with lot of variety. Room quite spacious for 3 of us. Clean. Kids facilities quite good, just a bit outdated.
