Loved our stay in Bali Itan! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for a late check out and they accomodated. The room was super clean and neat. The most comfortable bed we stayed in on the trip. Big, spacious room. Great location, 5 mins walk from all the action and about 15 from the beach. Nice pool area and well maintained. We were going to pay double for a slightly boujier looking place and super glad we didnt! Could not fault a thing about our stay!

The toilet seat wobbled and there was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom.

It was in the city centre of Changgu but it was not too noisy! Good beds for great sleep. Good value for money.

A kettle in the room would be great

Big rooms, lovely staff who helped me get a doctor when I had Bali belly. Close to restaurants, although the walk has no footpath. Pool was always clean. Value for money was amazing

The cleaning service could use a bit more consideration. It would be better if they cleaned the room while guests are out, but even when I went out in the morning, they didn't clean, and instead offered to do it in the afternoon when I was resting in the room.

This is a beautiful accommodation located in the center of Janggu. The building is newly built, so it's very pleasant, and the rooms are spacious, which is great. The staff are friendly and respond quickly when you need something.

When walking into town one of the first roads is sooo busy, it's quite stressful. But that's Canggu for you. Once you are past that road (only a minute or two) it's fine. Nothing to complain about with the property!

This place is such a good stay - the room was massive, really clean with a comfortable bed, big mirror, desk etc. The design is generally nice with a lovely little pool which is nice to chill out before going out exploring. The staff are really super nice. Gojeks are cheap to jump on to go anywhere but in the evenings it's also close enough to take a little walk into town.

I had a great experience staying at Bali Intan for two weeks. The room was spacious and the hotel is cozy, clean and quiet. The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants, tropical nomadic and gym.

A tv could be provided to make the experience more enjoyable! We were sick for 2 days in bed and a TV would have been nice.

Very good location , quick bike away from centre maybe around a few minutes to cafes. Really central. Rooms are good value for money, pool area is nice and the staff were so accommodating and nice and were always there to answer any questions on WhatsApp 24/7. If you are looking for a good location and on a budget this is probably the best stay we had while in Bali!! Thank you

Very close to busy canggu main roads but still very quiet at night and daytime. Staff is really nice and helpful. I would just pay more attention to the towels that always smelled humidity. Other than that it was really nice and the pool is clean and cool

However, the bathroom unfortunately needs some serious maintenance. The shower handle was broken and kept falling down, so we had to hold it while showering. Both the shower head and the sink pipe were clogged with limestone, and even after informing the staff and requesting a cleaning, they tried but the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, the room had a very unpleasant smell that lingered so strongly, it stuck to our clothes even after we returned home. These issues detracted from what could have been a perfect experience. That said, the property itself is beautiful, and the location can’t be beaten. With some attention to maintenance and care, this place could truly shine.

The property is in a fantastic location with stunning surroundings, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.

The accomodation matches the photos. A nice big room, with aircon, fridge and great hot shower. Good facilities. In a quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the main shops/restaurants. It’s extremely clean, they clean the room every day and the facilities. They are very attentive and check in to see if you’re ok and if you need anything. Which I really appreciate as a solo female traveller. I felt very safe and happy here I didn’t want to leave.

Unfortunately, there is construction going on next to the hotel (and to be honest everywhere in Canggu), so from 7 am, the noise will wake me up. Also, the courtins are not very thick, so the light comes in since 5.30 am, and I am a person who needs darkness to sleep. Some days, there was bad smell coming from the bathroom. They tried to manage, but I think that's a general problem with the sewage in Bali.

Overall, everything was really good. The room was very spacious, and the bed was pretty comfy. I like that the bedroom had a big mirrow, wardrobe, a desk and fridge. It was very relaxing in the morning with the pool and garden. I also found the common garden kitchen very handy to have drinks and snacks, or even to cook any kind of meal as they provided with all short of pans, cuttelery, etc. The housekeepers were absolutely fantastic, very friendly and funny people, always ready to help, and they kept the place very clean. The room was clean every day, which was a plus. In terms of location, it was quite good as it was close to the main streets yet not busy at night time.

There is nothing that I didn’t like

The hotel is very clean and quiet. The room and the bathroom in a very good condition. Lots of space. Located in a very convenient area, close to shops, bars, restaurants and within a walking distance to the beach. Kadek is an amazing host happy to help at any time. The construction work next door didn’t bother me at all and they always finished by 6pm.
