Very goof location Owner very helpful and on the top of each request or question I had. I stayed newly 2 weeks alone, and came back with my family for 5 nights

Staff not very motivated Quick us out for the check out at 12 even if the all place was all empty; so we waited for an hour , because my girl had a medical appointment until 1pm And no one was cleaning the rooms, but we had to be outside because it is the rule Also be aware of the school very noisy early morning We had the rooms downstairs and it smell very strong of humidity and mold; didn’t have this pb in the bungalow

A peaceful haven in the middle of bustling Ubud ! It's very private, spacious and the swimming pool set among the flowers and the trees allows you to relax and cool off. The personal are friendly, kind and discreet. It's very well located to visit Temples, the Palace, restaurants and of course shops. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back !

The accommodation is located in a good area, close to restaurants, shops and Ubud market. The room was a good size, clean and the bed comfortable.

WiFi was not good. On and off. Reception very poor. The green and brown tiles of the pool didn't make it inviting to have a swim.

Great location, friendly staff. Loved the tasty banana pancakes for breakfast

Lovely staff, great location in central ubud. Beds were comfortable.

There was mould on the shower curtain and in the pillows. Otherwise clean.

Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodation and had a good time there. The main drawbacks are its location next to a school, which gets noisy from around 10 a.m., and the lack of air conditioning. Despite these, it was a pleasant stay.

Quite, good location and cheap

Dirty, lots of spider webs, one of the light did not work, broken toilet door.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The bathroom cleanliness was below expectations and could be improved. This was a slight drawback in an otherwise pleasant experience.

Quite paradise in noisy Ubud. Big rooms. Swimming pool is great surrounded by plants.

my 3 Rd stay here! Prime location yet so tranquil. I used the pool daily as a new addition. the guys are always happy to help & really relaxed. they take nice care of the garden. I always use their suggestions for scooter & taxi hire., smooth always.

Right at the centre of Ubud. The famous Ibu Rai warung is across the road right at the entrance of the walk path to the main gate of the hotel.

It is quite old to be honest. It is also next to a school, be prepared to hear screaming kids if you sleep past school time. It was fine for us as we woke up early to visit places.

The location was great right in the heart of Ubud, lots of shops and markets close by. Staff was lovely and had breakfast included, and I would recommend it, especially for best value

Bathroom was bit old with out mirror, rooms bit dark and water doesn't get very hot in the shower but great value for money overall

- super friendly and helpful staff - very accommodating - clean & comfortable - central ( close to the palace & temples 5-7 min walking), walking distance from Ubud market - aprox. 5 min - very nice pool ( they absolutely clean it and it looks green only because the tiles inside are of this colour) - Kadek is very helpful and made out 3 weeks here great -breakfast is tasty and good value for money - you can't hear the noise if the street

Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy walking distance from monkey forest. Spacious room, with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Unfortunately the facilities need a lot of attention. Everything is very much run down and in need of repairs. A lot of rust in the sink and shower as well as limescale build up. Also not very clean. It feels like they just clean the basic with no attention to detail, so lots of dust and cobwebs in places. There is a school right next door and it can be noisy quite early in the morning. There was meant to be breakfast available but when I asked I was told no breakfast.
