Excellent hotel everything is well organised. Breakfast is amazingly yummy. We spent most of out time in the hotel since it's very relaxing The food options in the restaurant were amazing and halal. Near the Bali collection where you can do most of your shopping needs.

Limited power points and no usb charge points in the room. The PowerPoints in the recessed area did not accommodate my international PowerPoint adapter which was not useful. The ladder to the pool had no grip and the metal ladder is very slippery. The coffee at breakfast is not very good.

There are some areas that need attention if the property wants to truly deliver on its 5-star promise: Breakfast: The quality wasn’t quite up to 5-star standard. There was a lack of variety, especially when it came to fresh fruit options. Towels & Sunbeds: Pool towels often didn’t smell fresh, and there simply weren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests. Cleanliness around pools: The walkways should be better maintained, as sand is often carried into the pool areas. Rooms: We stayed in a pool access room, which was nice, but the design lacked enough wardrobe/storage space for three people. Some amenities needed maintenance — the shower head and bedside lamp shades were broken, and the air conditioning didn’t perform as well as expected. Pool access & lighting: The pool ladder was broken, and not all the poolside lights worked, making it quite dark in the evening if you wanted a swim. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has excellent potential and with improvements in maintenance, facilities, and food quality, it could easily live up to a true 5-star standard.

Overall, this is a great hotel with some stunning features. The grounds and facilities are visually impressive, with beautiful pools and plenty of picture-worthy spots. The staff deserve special mention — everyone we encountered was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful, always acting swiftly on any request.

Everything , this place was unreal , staff are just amazing. 5* service always ! Pools , beach , food was all 10/10 So close to Bali Collection too which we loved , Facilities available were brilliant

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, very convenient and safe. The hotel itself is beautiful, with several amazing swimming pools to enjoy. Breakfasts were excellent and surprisingly diverse—even including sushi. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

One one thing was sad but it is not with Merusaka is the sea which was dirty by plastic stuff.

Pool was clean and size was very nice. Kids enjoyed the water jumping diving. Breakfast was also nice. Rooms were spacious and clean and close to everything.

Too tourist-y. No (or very little) Bali vibe at all, everything same as in other parts of the world. Too few beach beds for all the guests. Even they state that beds taken but not used for some time will be vacated by personnel this does not seem to be done at all. Beds near the pool can be counted by fingers, so even worse. Massages are booked for more than a week, so if you don't plan to stay for that long, need to book in advance. Assuming that is even possible, because they ask for room number when booking. OK dishes in restaurant providing international cuisine, but not really worth remembering.

Heavenly place and very tidy. There is a shopping centre/market nearby within walking distance. Even there is a shuttle, it takes like 7 minutes walk to get there. Gorgeous ocean and nice pool. Some evening events. Multiple restaurants/bars on site catering various cuisine. Very good restaurant providing local food. Everything tasted superb in it, would suggest to everyone, but most dishes are hot so may not be for everyone.

Strange method of getting a welcome drink via a token system where you need to go to a bar below the lobby to receive your drink.

The resort itself is a beautiful relaxing place, perfectly located by onenof the best beaches. There are so many entertainment options and our family was very haooy througout our stay.

Family room quite small but seeing as we didn’t spend much time in room it was fine.

Amazing place great pools for the kids. Lots of decent restaurants and local village easily accessible.

We just loved everything about the hotel! The staff are just amazing - always smiling and more than happy to help. We had a room with small pool access - and for us - it was definitely with the extra money.

Not in particular I didn't like. But the ACTIVITY could be improved. I am aware of that it is free for the guests but the instructors were not up to the 5 star level.
