Not so much I didn't like but rats are around. Rubbish outside the premises and beware the steep stairs to the top deck....take your time and be safe.

Duey on staff was amazing, helpful and friendly and assisted with scooter hire and food. The location off a very busy main road leads to a quiet sanctuary and considering the massive issues Bali has with rubbish and pollution this place was really good. Pool and villa peaceful.

My 2nd ordered planned breakfast never arrived and I had to depart for other plans which was disappointing. There was a large rat that lived behind the fridge and when he popped out gave me a start and got into my room at one point, but again this is normal for Bali. Go with it! Beach nearby heavily polluted and rubbish everywhere.

Quiet location off a mad busy road. But that is normal for Bali as I learnt. The place is back from the sea but great views on the top deck of the villa. The dinners were good, the service good overall, there is not much to do other than relax due to the busy road areas but it is a great place to rest. The pool was lovely.

some aspects of the Villa need some Tlc applying Door to Villa awkward to open Cupboard door in utility area falling off due to rusty hinges Drainage from the shower( we had a flood on the first night) needs regular maintenance No furniture on the sun terrace ,you had to carry bean bags from downstairs up a steep flight of steps Requires a grab rail to help with existing the private pool ( not as nimble as I used to be ) You do need to make guests aware that you will add on a service charge on departure

The location was more remote than I thought. Unless you want to walk along a busy highway to get to a Indomarket or have your own car there aren’t other restaurants or stores to go to other than what the hotel provides. It’s close to Ubud tourist points but far from east Bali.

The room was beyond lovely and quite spacious. The AC in the room and the private pool were a dream given how hot it was. The staff were so kind and accommodating.

The wifi connection is a little weak at times, however the staff ensured that the vendor team come and address it on the next day, despite it being a Sunday. The pool lighting was not working, however the staff offered to fix it for us the next day. We also found a rat lurking near the pool which am guessing cannot be helped considering the wildlife around the property The food and dining options are pretty limited, so you may have to rely on either Gojek for food delivery or hear to Sanur where there are far more dining options

The villa is very secluded and is in the right distance from the beach which is about a 5 mins walk away. The one bedroom villa was the perfect size with the bed being comfy and the bathroom being huge. The staff are very friendly and are eager to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. The breakfast options were good although limited and the staff were willing to serve us in the restaurant terrace. The TV has Netflix installed, so if you choose to stay indoors on a day, it's perfect!!

Poor breakfast and dinner options. Spaces between windowns need to compact close to prevent small lizards from going inside villa.

The location is quite far from shops and restaurants. The beach is not good, dirty. They should provide water for drinking and every day, coffee and tea bags. One day, I didn't get it.

Staff need to pay more attention to detail, like to fill the tissue when empty after making up the room on the following day, tea/ coffee needs to be refill. The wifi only strong in the room, in the family area not really strong.

The children loves the pool, the room and the bed comfortable. Staff quick to respond when notified.

The villa was a little dated. The pictures don’t fully display the small damages, mold/mildew, and general wear of the facility. The water in our villa went out 4-5 times a day and we had to consistently call management to come out and fix it.

Safe, quiet, remote facility with a peaceful rice terrace on one side and beach views on the other. Staff was very friendly/helpful. Restaurant was delicious. A/C was great and the rooms were clean.

Hygiene with food & utensils not the best, i.e should be wearing hear nets while cooking, if going to touch food with your hands wear gloves or atleast be constantly washing your hands, & washing dishes & utensils with detergent etc But otherwise foods was nice taste & well presented.

The villas are awesome 👌, the way you can open your Byfold doors of your room & just walk out of your room into the pool, very private, perfect for romantic geat away, beautifully landscaping & the staff were very polite & helpful .

The location was a little out of the way if you don't have transport. We knew this when we booked so not really a problem just saying for reference for other people. No decent outdoor furniture which the staffing helped us rectify but management has received this information from other reviews and not actioned it

I feel the cleanliness in the bathroom can be better or improved as I arrived the toilet bowl I found a stain and the shower clogged.

I like that it's peaceful and away from the crowd. Having your own pool is the highlight and the place is so big. But it's the people that makes it memorable fr the Manager Mr. Ari who is super nice, to the butler Ms. Desak who is also equally accommodating, the food that is tasty prep by their nice Chef Kamang and to their staffs who are all nice... That makes my whole trip memorable.

We would have loved to watch Balinese TV. But that wasn't a priority. It's a haven that needs to be well maintained because of the deterioration after such a short time.

The staff was lovely and friendly. And the fact that they made it possible for us to get to experience the different villas was great. As well as the pre and post communication efforts makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. We enjoyed the floating breakfast which comes with an additional fee.

My only suggestion would be to have some outdoor furniture that provides some shade on the upstairs terrace, so I could have spent longer comfortably admiring the beautiful view.

I had a lovely stay here. The Villa was beautiful and had stunning views from the upstairs terrace. The location was quiet and felt relatively secluded despite shops and restaurants being a short drive away. All staff that I encountered were very friendly and accomodating, housekeeping staff were very efficient. There were multiple breakfast options to choose from - The Nasi Goreng was especially delicious.

It would be better if the room floors are swept and moped everyday as there bugs and ants crawling around the rooms. Perfumed spray in the rooms wiĺl make a 100 percent happy factor.

Out of the way of everything. Not much on site. Limited menu. 4 staff members were the chefs, cleaners and concierge. Limited towels , no pools towels. Upstairs could have done good with tables and chairs and umbrella enjoying the view while have breakfast and dinner.
