The staff is friendly and clean .transport was good .we only stay one night .I think the food it so expensive for the extra guests.

We got upgraded to Novotel next to Ibis as Ibis was having refurbishment thus, I can't comment much on Ibis. The location was indeed strategically located within 5 mins drive to the airport and complimentary shuttle service was provided

The rooms are very small. Realy hard to pack n unpack n arrange our luggage. The floor was not clean properly. I can fell it when I'm not using the sandal given. Too basic for the price.

The bfast were good. Lots of variety n taste nice. The staff are very helpful n friendly. Free airport transfer was great.

Hotel does not check messages via booking.com, had to call them by landline to arrange airport pickup. Rooms are small.-

We went to the restaurant for dinner, and only have fried rice and soups. So I decided to order what they have . Fried rice and soups. I was so excited that will Have hot steaming soup in a bowl and fried rice . But when the food comes out, like ???? What the heck, the soup was in a plate and cold. And was so disappointing. The taste was good just not steamy hot .

Location is close to the airport, there is mini supermarket next to the hotel, so very convenient. I forgot to bring my face mask and quite surprised that the mini market has it . So happy. The staff were friendly too .

I asked the onlineservice for pickup service at the airport and told them several times (also the day before) that I won't have internet/whatsapp later. I sent them a picture of my backpack that they can recognize me at the meeting point and I got the okay from them. - At the meeting point it was annoying that noone made a step into my direction and I had to ask a pedestrian if he could give me internet after 15 minutes. And what did I see,the driver contacted me via internet/whatsapp that he arrived. The hotel car was near but parked sideways so I couldn't see the name of the hotel. If someone doesn't undertand what the guest asks for please double-check instead of saying yes all the time.The driver seemed he had no idea about this although he saw me walking up and down. But the service to the airport in the early morning was great.

blackout at midnight and genset didnt kicked in properly to support the load. Many factor could contribute, but customer load shouldnt be off for too long. bathroom drainage also not able to contain for showering more than 10 mins.

Staff can't speak English well. Room facilities (like toiletries) are limited. Some material have to ask (they say please ask for them).
