we missed the fridge. And the pool is on a patio surrounded by the hall where conferences rooms are, so it is a little bit awkward

We still didn't get the water dispenser on every floor. As someone who has been sick because of the water in Indonesia, my husband was so very careful with what goes into his body, shared and refilled water was a little daunting for us. An all-in-one soap and shampoo is just not right for me.

Close to the airport, and it took not until 30 minutes to arrive at the hotel and less than 10 minutes from the hotel to the airport. The room was okay-ish. I have no complaints as we just stayed one night there. The breakfast banquet was good. They provided two coffee machines for the guests, but it just provided black coffee The quick service when they found out we were late for our flight was amazing. They also provide airport shuttle, just tell them when you check-in.

Because the room has a connecting door, you can hear noise from the next room. Also, you can hear noise from your top floor room

I arrived around 1am, after waiting for the hotel shuttle for nearly an hour at the airport. To be fair, I must have missed the shuttle by a mere minute or so, and the airport staff sent me from Pontius to Pilate when I asked for the hotel shuttle, but to be fair, the driver contacted me later on WhatsApp and asked whether I needed to be picked up and picked me up on their next round, whereas the hotel was not contactable. So, after arriving at 1am pretty knackered sweaty and in need of a shower, there were maybe three people in front of me who took absolute ages checking in, with one staff checking them in rather slowly and one or two other staff not doing very much. My room had definitely seen better days, the wash basic was in the room and the water tap on its last legs. Everything was full of lie scale, and the shower worked but not very well. There was one bottle labeled Soap, shampoo and conditioner, like a magical three-in one product?

Of all the hotels, this is the one I liked least and the poorest value for money. I stayed in about seven hotels on this trip and this one really lacked comfort, service and it feels old and a bit rundown. But well, once I was installed in my room, the bed seemed clean and comfy, and I slept well, thanks to the blackout curtains and good windows that don't let much noise in. The pool area looked nice - if you have time to kill before the flight. Also, there is a collection of local warung right next to the hotel where you can get a decent plate of food for a Euro or so - I ate there on my last evening, and I had their iced lemonade, hygiene seems okay. They also understood the concept of vegetarian which I was very pleased about. The lobby is an okay place to spend a little bit of time but not too much - everything looks a bit worn. However, this is one of the cheaper airport hotels, and interestingly taxis to get here cost a bomb, so I appreciated the free airport shuttle. And if you have an early or a late flight, it is an okay place to stay, but actually, both times I went into central Jakarta I paid less for a Grab car and it only took 35minutes (on the toll way to the historic centre), but you can never rely that Jakarta traffic will be running smoothly, so this might be a safer option to stay near the airport

That my spouse could not get the room key at 14:00 because my flight was delayed till 17:20 Staff was not nice and even cash was not okay for payment . Not nice send them a mail 2 weeks before date of stay that I would not be able to be there at 14:00 She had my passport copy and hers she had residence of Indonesia. And so on Really not nice y.let her wait till 19:00 in the evening till I arrived Very disappointed. And BTW y will not respond d to this anyway so why should I recommend d your hotel ???

Information about the free shuttle service was not provided clearly and I ended up taking a taxi as it seemed easier.

While the room was small, it was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very conveniently located near Soekarno-Hatta airport. The breakfast was quite good with a large variety of Indonesian and international choices.

I struggled to find the airport shuttle pickup location at the Jakarta airport and I could not get a hold of staff through their WhatsApp contact number to help me out. There was no answer to my calls. I spent approximately 2.5 hours wandering around the airport and waiting at incorrect pickup locations. I'm certain my difficulty had a lot to do with my jet lag, exhaustion, and intolerance to the heat but ultimately I was very frustrated and it took an airport security staff person calling around to the hotel to send a shuttle. In retrospect I should have jumped in a cab much earlier and saved myself some grief.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel near the airport with great breakfast buffet. Free airport shuttle too.

This place needs to train the staff more. The gym is terrible, machines are broken and the gym AC was not working. It looks like there is a lack of management. One of the worst ibis I had stayed so far.
