I'd have liked to have a gym onsite, but I also understand then that there are other hotels that have that facility.

I've stayed here before and am glad to return. The hotel meets most of my needs for my travel purpose. Breakfast spread was very good and good value for money. Booking.com customer service never replied a verification about whether or not a payment request was legitimate, but hotel staff was more than assuring that this was indeed legitimate. Customer service is top. I especially love that the hotel has switched to glass jugs with a water dispenser on the corridor, and not used single use plastics.

To find the entrance of the hotel was not easy when we were about to check in, cos there's was no clear signage from the street, had to go around the block one more time, turned out that it has the same entrance with Pullman hotel but different level.

Good location, friendly staff, the AC and hot water run well, clean rooms. Quite good selections of hot food, fruits and drinks for breakfast, but the "gorengan" stuff was all cold and too oily

That you have to go through the Pullman hotel to get in the hotel. No bar, no restaurant…. Again you have to go to the Pullman’s

This is our 2nd stay here, and there is nothing I don't like about the hotel. We will be back on our next visit to Bandung.

The hotel staff are amazing, excellent and helpful, the location is right in the city center, very convenient.

Most bookings when made for couples will come with 2 breakfast but not for this htl. I missed noticing that it was only for 1 breakfast

Access in and out via Pullman was a little confusing.

Access from outside to the lobby is a bit complicated and not so practical. Also, the breakfast would be even better with more variety.

This is a lovely hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The location is very strategic: right in the heart of the city’s main activities. It’s close to jogging spots, and there are plenty of cafes and local eateries around. Many interesting places are within walking distance, which makes it super convenient for exploring the area.

Bath towels once used to wipe after shower were very smelly. The housekeeping sent me 2 new towels still smelly. The bolster cover on the bed was smelly too, I guess the laundry system is not done properly especially the drying process.

1 non convienent store near by 2 breakfast appear only the second day 3 the staff when I ask to keep the room till 3 am gave to ok only to 1 pm.not nice from my opinion . maybe it is not because them... but sometimes fkexibility is a sign of smartness

Floors were not cleaned well. Bed lighting wasn't great. I was disturbed by unreasonable noise from the people in the rooms around. Kids running, screaming and jumping. Loud bangs that didn't stop. I needed a nap before my flight and couldn't have one when they charged me half a night for a late check out.

The location is superb and central. Very nice neighbourhood of Bandung. The facilities are good. Thanks to the one complex with Pullman. I loved the 360 view rooftop. Staff at the shared gates with Pullman were very helpful. The room was comfy but not as good as other Ibis Styles.
