MalaysiaThere's slight unpleasant smell when we first opened the room. Slight miscalculation from my side, I thought its walking distance from Terminal 2 (Juanda Airport International Arrival) but it took almost 30 mins by car. We arrived at midnight and thankfully there's Grab car available.
Fairly ok for just a night sleep since the space is really tight. There's A&W downstairs, we had late night supper around 1.00am. Great location if you depart or arrive at Terminal 1 Juanda Airport.

AustraliaThe (not really satisfactory) view of the planes. The runway-facing rooms at this hotel are billed as vantage points for plane spotting, but my room wasn't really. The window was small, and the view of the planes was largely obscured by the terrace outside (to which there appeared to be no public access, for those who might want a decent view of the aircraft). I was also told that there is no public viewing gallery at this airport. In that respect, it was much like CGK and DPS, at both of which you really need to be checked in and airside to do any plane spotting from the airport itself.
Apart from not being a good vantage point for plane spotting, this hotel was okay. Fairly standard basic budget Ibis Hotel facilities, now operating under a different name.

TaiwanThe room was small and old. The AC worked quite slowly. No hair dryers preset (I called the reception to get one).
The staff are super nice and professional. I felt very welcoming there. The location is perfect if you're catching an early morning flight. The hotel is in T1 but they also have free shuttle to T2. However, if you're going somewhere else than the airport, then don't choose this hotel. Calling a taxi from the airport is more expensive due to the parking fee.

Czech RepublicEven though it’s “conveniently located” right at the airport, you have to circle the whole airport and get a taxi for this as there is no way you can actually walk there from the arrival hall.
Very nice staff. It was decently clean and the wifi was good. We only stayed for a couple of hours after arriving late at night.

It is the perfect place to stay if you have a very early flight, but not more than that. I highly recommend to try the Blind reflexology: foot massages given by blind people. The price is very fair and the service is 10/10.
