Breakfast was just a few local dishes not of the best quality. Some local people been seen having the breakfast however I've decided it was not worth even to try. Good that number of cafes around offer dishes from various regions including western ones. Room was OK. The only AC made some extra noice all the time. Cleaning was done on request only despite of daily cleaning announced on reception.

Location is pretty good not far from the city center. Lots of places to eat out and grab a coffee around the hotel.

Bedsheets are not clean. There was no soap available. Continuously there was a strange sound coming from bathroom pipes which were disturbing your comfort.

The location is strategic near to major attractions. The price is good as per location. Hot water was coming.

1) Room Cleaning - I'm not sure how the procedure works here, but during our stay, our room wasn't cleaned not even once. I didn't think I need to inform the staff, so we were stuck with the same unclean room for five days. 2)Bathroom - It is quite small and I saw a cockroach one time while using it. 3) Breakfast - it's not worth the price to be honest. The food are quite cold and the options are basically like two to three, so if they can improve these aspects, it will be acceptable.

1) Location - Because there is a convenience store right next to the reception area and a money exchange place right at the entrance, the location is very convenient. 2) Staff - the staff are really helpful. As we didn't bring the adaptor for the plugs in Indonesia, we were asking where to buy it and the staff from the reception kindly borrowed it with a smile. Moreover, one time as we came back from outside with a taxi, we didn't have any change, and we were asking the taxi driver to wait for a while while we go buy something. But, the security of the hotel overheard the conversation and gladly exchanged his bills for us. The staff who greeted us before we enter the breakfast room was full of smiles as well. Overall, the staff are really helpful and kind here. 3) The view - the view from the room is also spectacular, especially the night. You cna oversee the nearby swimming pool in daytime, but during the night time, the surrounding buildings are like a beautiful painting with yellow and orange lights.

due to our request of non-smoking room, we were located on the 2nd floor which felt like it had not been open nhabitated for a long time. The air in the hallway is not fresh, erhaps the AC could’ve been more regularly checked. One of our room also had trouble with the AC control that we have to use the remote control from another room.

Doesn't matter. I Stayed for 2 nights. Only for sleeping after worked all day. Going out in the morning until 7 PM. And then rest, sleeping.
