In general the quality of language knowledge, especially English, is rather poor. Mr.Firmansjah as well as mr. Muhammad Anthoni in the restaurant are possitive exceptions. They gave a very possitive impression.

The performance of each individual staffmember is amazing. Starting at the frontdesk it has to be said that the attitude, presence, helpfulness and super friendly attitude of Mr. Dicky Firmansjah was remarkble. I sincerely believe that his personility, positive energy and appearance have a contageous effect on his fellow staffmembers. Not only at the frontdesk but certainly also elsewhere in the company. Although not working long yet for Ibis it must be said that he does set an example. It must be difficult in a work environment where achievements and surveys as well as scores below maximum are constantly a heavy burden but, in general the Ibis staff and Mr. Firmansjah perform beyond excellence. Also Mr. Anthoni in the restaurant gave me the feeling of being valued and respected to the most.

Quite chaotic lobby whenever conference because many people at the same time then staffs handle bit inproper (key access perday while I booked for 3 days, did payment then being called the day after asking another payment then they found out it is paid)

The breakfast area could be more neat and organize. Now it is also become an alley to go through between hotel and the mall, so it is not quite private and also too open for a service area so it kind of inconvenience.

The location is great, just next to Trans Studio Mall Bandung. Which this is the most beneficial feature of the Hotel. If you are looking for a staycation and experience stay in Bandung. It have a good private mosque just across the hotel, it is also a great facility for moslem guest to have.

for twin bed room, it is too small, almost not enough comfortable space in placing the mat for praying. during peak season, it's difficult to get a proper breakfast.

Room bit small, not much to do accept hang out outside or inside the mall, located in busiest road bit hard to access main road

Close to main road, located near tsm (mall) and indoor theme park, there’s beautiful mosque nearby, breakfast is awesome with plenty sitting area, easy to find food, room were cleaned everyday, staffs were nice and friendly.

We booked this hotel because it included the facilities such as pool for children. But unfortunately, when we ask about it during our check in, the hotel admin inform that the pool only accessible for executive room. FYI we booked standard room.

Very convenient because the hotel location is just beside the mall.
