Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaIt took a while to locate my driver - he wasn’t waiting in the place I was expected. Airport wifi was patchy so I had trouble using WhatsApp to communicate. I also paid twice because I was half asleep. I gave the driver money, then the hotel asked for payment. It wasn’t a huge amount though but it would’ve been good to have clear payment instructions.
The location was great for me as it was close to the airport. I arrived late and I got a good night’s sleep before my friend arrived the next morning. I read some negative reviews about the breakfast but I loved it! I really enjoyed the Indonesian options. Everything was fresh and tasty. The outdoor courtyard was pleasant. I probably wouldn’t stay here for a holiday (no pool) but for transit it was great, especially with a 12:00 checkout. I felt safe and comfortable.

PortugalCleaning staff in some days do a very poor job and in some other days do a good job. For example, on bad days there is no water bottle's, the towels smell of smoke, bed if done poorly (falling from one side), forget to replenish toilet paper, shower gel, etc. Basically, they only do your bed and throw the trash. On the good days, they do all these things as per ibis international standard. First day we arrived, there were ants in the room. Access from the car park has a very low ceiling, so if you're more than 1,80m it's troublesome (poor planning in construction). Rooms are not soundproof, but not too bad. In the morning they start cleaning early and often wake us up with the noise. Even we had the "do not disturb" sign, they would often call us to ask about cleaning the room... and then not always doing a good job. Toilet exhaust didn't work in our room. Sometimes there was a cigarette smell in the room... usually on the bad days, so I suspect someone cleaning is a heavy smoker. It's still a good hotel, by Bali standards... and if we ever go back, we will stay there again.

AustraliaThe rooms are old and dated. The bathroom's exhaust fans were not working in both rooms. Although the staff looked trying hard to maintain the cleanliness, we can see mould stain on few areas.
We used this as an overnight stay for our lay over in Bali. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was basic but enough.
