Staff were always smiling and so polite and helpful. Restaurant has exceptional food which was a lovely bonus. The afternoon tea is a lovely bonus. The villa is just beautiful and spacious. We all loved our stay and can’t wait to go back.

The service is beyond amazing. The staff really make this place, nothing is ever too much of a hassle. My son is three years old so I had a lot of asks and they always kindly delivered. The location is also amazing , so central but the villa is so quiet and serene. It is more pricey than other places but I think the service makes that worth it.

Our air conditioning didn't work very well - it made the villa uncomfortable by the afternoon when the heat settled in. The villas could do with some updating, eg, new air conditioning units.

The staff are incredible and helpful. Always very attentive and helpful! The pools in the villa are a great size! Good location nearby to lots of restaurants and shops. Very quiet considering it is off a busy road.

There was a construction going on the next villa; causing noise disturbance.

The location, the spacious room and the service. Staffs were so attentive and accommodative. We have nothing to complain about the impeccable service. Breakfast was served on time and with great taste as well.

The photos in the advertisement is brighter than the actual villa. ATM, There is construction within the property, cannot stay in their lobby because it is dusty from the works around. Can also hear the noise from the villa but i can say that they're trying to keep it to a minimum. Pool is not heated- cannot swim in the evening when it gets cold and windy. Property is Hard to find at first because there is only a logo in front. AMICI restaurant is opposite this property to help you out finding this.

There's a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, seminyak beach is walking distance. The villa is very spacious and clean. Food is great! They provide a refreshing towel, fresh fruits and drink upon arrival. Staff are very nice and helpful. There is no telephone but they are very responsive in Whats App.

The property is under construction. Every single day it’s impossible to relax on the villa.

Morden villas, 100% as on pictures. Pleasure for eyes. Quite big pool (more than usual), clean. Air conditioning in each room, including bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Staff is very friendly, 24/7 in WA chat. Cleaning is perfect. Breakfast is good, no worse than at any restaurant outside.

While the neighborhood was lively, once you entered the villa, it was quiet. You get the feeling of isolation once you enter your private villa. What a beautiful, calming stay. The place looks exactly like the photos. You would never believe you are rite on a main strip. The services was excellent. The food was even better. The staff was always friendly and served with genuine smiles. My family and I would deffinatly stay here again on our next visit. There are clubs, resturants, shops, beaches, all within walking distance. Usally no more than 1-10 mins from the villa lobby. At the time of my visit, you could never tell the beauty of the villas from the outside due to exterior construciton (see attached photo). It was almost as if you were stepping into another wourld once you entered your private villa. This was so much better than a hotel with mounds of people everywhere. They are still doing construciton as all the other posts have said. This was not a problem for us, as we were out early everyday. We informed the front desk when we would be out and in. They alwasy did the construciton while we were out. They are slowly increasing the number of villas.

The temporary access due to construction in the front was a bit off putting, but once inside the complex it was exceptional.

The staff provided access to view the villa before check in to enuser the standard was acceptable. The villa was of high quality, very clean and staff very accomodating.

The entrance is awful, you enter a compound thru an alley, you really have to be careful at night because they did not pave it properly. The landlord is building a new property in front, ok but why do you punish your current guests? I suggest you to rectify your entrance without hesitation

The wifi strength was quite weak although I didn’t mention this to the staff and there’s no Netflix on the TV but neither of these were big issues.

All of the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and the kindest people. They do everything with a smile. The private pool was lovely and perfect for relaxing, you don’t hear any neighbours or other guests. Breakfast was always delivered on time and it was always fresh and hot, they helped us book a scooter, they always responded to all WhatsApp messages and requests very quickly. They allowed us to have a late checkout and shower before our late evening flight which was so appreciated. I cannot fault their service, they make your stay comfortable and I would love to come and visit again. Thank you so much!

Nothing to complain about.

The service was amazing, as soon as we arrived to the villa, there was staff to help unload our bags from the car and bring it into the room. Very well sanitised villas and was cleaned every single day and water topped up again. Breakfast was served ontime and they would message before hand to make sure you got your breakfast in the morning. When walking out for the day, would always be someone standing outside the reception asking if you needed anything else or if the stay was good. Alot of privacy. It was my partners and i honeymoon, they even have the room decorated with flowers and made it look nice.

Having to leave.

The Staff were exceptionally warm, courteous, very helpful and polite. The property clean, relaxing, comfortable and absolute luxury from the living room to the bedrooms, to the bathrooms. The pool was the perfect size and a joy to dive into or lay by. The beautifully presented daily breakfast were divine and the all day food menu also delicious.
