The toilets are a bit weird and bathroom was generally old, especially the toilet needs renewing. Also, shower curtains are not hygienic in general. They should change them to cabins

The pool was very good, they provide towels next to the pool. The room was wide enough. And you can directly access to a shopping mall. Staff was so friendly. The breakfast offered many options.

The lift/elevator system sucks. Slow, and all three lifts/elevators are up-down at the same time. I have to wait at least 10 minutes to board the next available lift during peak hours. This is Aryaduta Hotel of Indonesia, not some AnyDuta Hotel in some African countries.

I thought I liked my room. The location of the hotel was excellent, given the proximity to an all-encompassing shopping mall, andit is within walking distance to a stretch of road that was easily filled with factory outlets. The breakfast was also decent but the crowding situation is something the hotel must look into, especially as it is going through some renovation work now.

The room need a lot up make over. Small things like curtain shower, towel need to be replaced . But the bed linens were clean.

The staff! We appreciate the staff from the doorman, front desk and especially breakfast room. They always eager to help, always greeting us, and overall just great people. We opted breakfast package and we were not disappointed.

We are not smoking, but we have a smoking room.

Our room was upgraded to a Suite room. Big room with living room and bedroom. Breakfast can be exclusive in Aryadutha club.

The gym was well equipped and the garden/restaurant/pool area, on the 5th floor if I am not mistaken, was amazing. Super chilled, green, and with a cool vibe. The staff was super available and flexible with the opening and closing time of the gym just to ensure they could meet my needs.

Because of the elections holliday there were a lot of families with children in the hotel, which made breakfast somewhat chaotic. But entertaining too.

The late checkout made it possible to see something of Bandung before we left for Jakarta with the Whoosh train. The hotel has a good connection to the mall. The personell was helpful with finding out how to take the Whoosh train.

Hotel parking lot is quite small, had to park in the mall nearby if you come back late. But it is only a 1 - 2 mins walk to the hotel lobby. Breakfast variety quite limited.

location is quite central, there is a big mall - bandung indah plaza just beside the hotel. There is also matahari and supermarket in the mall. staff were very friendly and approachable even the carpark attendant was very friendly and polite. Room was comfortable and clean, it was also quite big and sound proofing was good. Facilities were well maintained and clean.

The main hotel's parking must be for the guest only not for visitors

It would have been more comfortable if there was a handheld shower in the bathroom. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service, which caused long waits to go down during checkout.

I liked the design, the interior, and the spacious large room.

First got the room with bit not clean in bathroom, request change room, 1st person say no room but the other one very help full, find me the other room and show us and very happy, extend my stay, good work for the staff
