Location wise, a bit too secluded area so a bit difficult to find transportation. Not near the river but still can hear the sound of river.

Serene atmosphere in the middle of forest of Ubud! Foods I tried were tasty and great, daily snacks also very good. Spacious room, high quality amenities, staffs also very polite and friendly with great choice of complimentary activities.

The amazing hospitality, the super courteous staff, the way they made our 1st international trip of our 18 month son special by a surprise celebration, the amazing access to the common pool, great spa, good food customised as per our requirements and the amazing view this property has from all corners be the breakfast area, the way to go to the spa, our villa , everything. Truly beautiful hotel, excellent privat villas, surrounded by the most amazing jungle and rice fields. Really peaceful but at the same time close to Ubud. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Ubud several times per day and in the evening. Excellent food/restaurant and very kind staff.

Near pool side and rock stairs were slippery with outdoor slipper provided by hotel:( Except that perfect.

Total relaxing in the middle of jungle! And every single staffs were very lovely. Spontaneously I extended 1more night. I would love to visit again:)

Nothing at all, amazing!!

Absolutely one of the best hotels we’ve ever visited. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable - there was a Balinese holiday on our visit and they invited us to an annual ceremony they hosted with all the staff in the hotel temple. One of the best moments of our trip. Super special, a 25 min drive from the center of Ubud so the view and rice fields nearby are amazing. The outside area of the hotel is designed in such a way unique way. The room itself is beautiful. Great restaurant and activities for hotel guests to get to know the local culture. Really not enough words to express how much we enjoyed our stay!

Room wise the only thing I would want to comment on is adding blackout curtains. For some traveling it’s usually to disconnect and sleeping in is a big part of that. Food wise the coffee could be better.

Everything about the hotel was beyond amazing. The suspended nests in the jungle were our favorite as well as the private access to the pool from our room.

We had afternoon tea pre-booked but service was a bit slow. It’s almost an hour before we have the food served though they kept updating us on it and we had tea refilled. It was enjoyable just a bit slow.

Beautiful location set in the thick of the rainforest. The resort design and connection with the land is really well considered. The dining options were decent overall, but the real highlight for us was being able to swim and enjoy the tranquility of the rainforest. The room itself was amazing - a perfect balance to of modern and traditional aspects.

The food was expensive and small portions. The whole complex was almost empty, no clients .
