Arrived at dirty room, return to lobby and asking for another room to stay. Problem solved.

Booked a double, got a twin, everything looked dirty including walls, towels, shower. Curtains which covered the window into the main corridor didn't shut properly, door handle coming off. Photos must have been taken some years ago

The breakfast is very, and I mean very, lackluster. You get about 2 different fruit types total, and even then only like a plate of them for everyone. You get barely any sweet options other than bread and jam. Either juice concentrate or water. And some tea and coffee. The other places I stayed in Bali offered amazing breakfast so maybe I just expected too much but breakfast here is certainly not worth it The pool isn't really a pool. It's very shallow, there are two stickers next to it saying it's in maintenance (?) even though it really doesn't look like it and the worst part. IT'S RIGHT NEXT TO THE BREAKFAST AREA. Seriously the pool is 3 meters away from the breakfast tables and like 10 meters away from the reception. Noone and I mean noone would ever swim in it. I don't know why they even bothered building it, maybe so they can say they have one? Trust me, if you're booking this place for the pool don't bother, it might as well be a koyfish pond

The room I stayed in was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. I really liked it. The bathtub on it was great and worked perfectly The bed was comfortable and I slept pretty well. People at the front desk were very nice and helpful and the check in was really fast and smooth The cleaning staff were great and very friendly

There is something bad smell in our bathroom though quiet big and rooms as well. Also seems our lights are not working though just a night to stay.

Maybe room lighting not really bright especially in the toilet, but in morning is really good.

I didn’t had breakfast there, they have dispenser on each floor which is great so guest will refill water easily.

We needed a clean room, quiet away from the noise, that has great sun light and the staff was gentle to provide it and answer to our needs. It was clean and comfortable, we only slept one night for a stopover. Quite close to the fish market and the grilling restaurants and to the night dining experience in Jimbaran beach.

I had a quite unpleasant experience with the staff, because my iPad was gone missing and apparently it was at the hotel but no one’s calling me to tell me that I left something. Thanks to Find My app, I found my iPad back.

Cleanliness, when I arrived the room so smelly it. My room is twin bed but one other bed sheet have spot it’s dirty for sure. And the closets omg. I thinks they didn’t brush it well they have dirty at closet brown spot and a little bit smells. One of Towel also have spot, my goodness I don’t know it wash it or not. The aircon pretty enough to cold but sometimes have a sound, that’s make me wake up at midnight. So creepy..

The buffet breakfast so good, I like it. The omelette is my expectation. Yumm!!

No hot water in the sink. Sink drainage rather blocked. Broken tiles in the shower that badly needs to be fixed. Lack of the toilet papers even though we asked on the night we arrived, we asked again the next day in the morning after breakfast. Average breakfast.

Location is strategic as we need to get back to the airport the very next day. Clean and comfy bed. Budget price for a short stay.

Hotel management favorably allows the smokers to fill the semi enclosed breakfast area with their cigarette smokes, the only opening is the one way passage from the street which makes the blowing winds push the cigarette smoke to the back and stops there, no other ventilation. The staff on duty said it is the management's wisdom (exact word in Bahasa Indonesia > kebijakan management). Breakfast is not exceptional like what it was advertised on booking.com, the taste is very average but the portion was not bad.

The new owners have started spending on the place, new mattresses, new towels, they’ve reintroduced breakfast (still needs a little work, but not bad)
